  The apartment itself was clean, had no unpleasant odors, and everything worked as expected. The property is in a perfect location – close to a large park and the sea bay. The residential building is in a gated area, and there are plenty of amenities for children right next to it. The underground parking garage is a valuable convenience for guests traveling by car.
  
  What could be improved: There are two aspects that made me feel uncomfortable and could be improved.
  First, the apartment lacks proper window coverings to block out sunlight. As a result, it remains very bright even at 9 PM and again as early as 4 AM.
  Second, there is only one set of keys available, which requires residents to coordinate their schedules to ensure someone is home.

  Mieszkanie na kameralnym zamkniętym osiedlu, blisko pięknego, dużego parku i molo w Brzeźnie. Jesienią poza sezonem grzewczym trochę chłodno, na szczęście były do dyspozycji dwie kołdry. Mieszkanie przestronne i dobrze urządzone i wyposażone.

Standard mieszkania nie adekwatny do ceny i przekłamania w opisie.Opis był przy samej plaży -ponad km jest do plaży.Opis zawierał również,ze na terenie osiedla znajduje się wypożyczalnia rowerów(na której nam zależało sugerując się również wyborem apartamentu).W realu Wypożyczalni nie było. Wysłałam zapytanie pierwszego dnia pobytu czy mogę prosić o namiary na tą wypożyczalnie do dnia dzisiejszego nie uzyskałam żadnej odpowiedzi.W mieszkaniu gorąco.Cały czas musza być zasłoniete rolety przy wyższych temperaturach bo nie da rady wytrzymać-personel nie pomyślał żeby wstawić chociaż wiatraki jeżeli nie ma klimatyzacji.Wszystko zrobione bardzo oszczędnym kosztem co wpływa na braki i komfort.Do mieszkania przynależą dwa tarasy i balkon.Górny taras zupełnie nie przydatny(pusty)Bez leżaków czy czegokolwiek żeby można było spędzić na nim czas.Brak podstawowego wyposażenia jakim jest chociaż pare torebek herbaty,kawy,cukier,sól.
