  Apartmán je umístěn v bytovém domě v místní části Brzežno. Centrum města je lehce dostupné tramvají č. 3. K moři je to přes park cca 10 minut. Nedaleko obchody i stánky s občerstvením. Apartmán je čistý a dobře vybavený. Komunikace s majitelem a předání klíčů proběhlo bez problémů.
