  Najbliższe otoczenie zrobiło na mnie wstępnie wrażenie t.j. teren zielony wokół budynków, korytarze wyłożone chodnikiem, drzwi wejściowe i wyposażenie dewelopera jest dobrej jakości i z dobrych materiałów. Mieszkanie mogło być dobrze zrobione, ale właściciel potrzebuje spłacić kredyt.
  
  What could be improved: Wyposażenie apartamentu to porażka- meble z epoki lat 80-tych, gdzie królowało metal i szkło(UWAGA! Zagrożenie dla małych dzieci), obdarte krzesła, materac śmierdzący wilgocią, brak wystarczającej ilości pościeli(a ta która jest trąci stęchlizną)i ręczników, obciachowy sprzęt kuchenny, panujący półmrok w mieszkaniu spowodowany beznadziejną ekspozycją mieszkania i ilością sosen wokół, trupie światło w pokoju dziennym. Zimny i nieprzytulny apartament ewidentnie umeblowany gratami z piwnicy, brak przypisanego miejsca parkingowego, a do tego wszystkiego beznadziejni przaśni wynajmujący, którzy nawet nie potrafią odpowiedzieć "Dzień dobry". Ewidentnie miejsce dla rodzin z prowincji zbierającymi bony turystyczne na wyjazd dla rodzin.

  What could be improved: Utrudniony kontakt z personelem,.niewygodna sofa w apartamencie dla 4 osób

  Pięknie zagospodarowana zieleń na terenie osiedla zamkniętego gdzie znajdował się apartament. Na terenie osiedla boiska do gry w piłkę, kosza, kort do tenisa. No i piękne, fontanny i wodne oczka.
  
  What could be improved: Apartament nie ma miejsca garażowego. Dostępne są niby miejsca na terenie osiedla zamkniętego ale znalezienie wolnego miejsca graniczy z cudem. Zaparkowałem na trawniku oczekując na zwolnienie miejsca, skończyło się to dla mnie mandatem od straży miejskiej i punktami karnymi.

  Lokalizacja – blisko do plaży i mola w Brzeziu. W pobliżu ścieżki rowerowe, które umożliwiają wygodne zwiedzanie wybrzeża. Zadbany teren obiektu – czysto, miło i spokojnie.
  
  What could be improved: Brak miejsca parkingowego w podziemnej hali garażowej przypisanego do apartamentu – na zamkniętym terenie obiektu miejsca parkingowe naziemne były zajęte i często wieczorem parkowaliśmy na ulicy w miejscu ogólnodostępnym.
  Kiepskie oświetlenie w łazience – panuje półmrok, który uniemożliwia wykonanie makijażu czy fryzury.
