  What could be improved: First things we noticed when we entered the flat were that one of the chairs in the balcony was broken, for a long time, as it was clear from the rust on the chair. One of the bulbs of the lamps in the living room was missing. It looked like nobody checked the place for a long time other than cleaners. And we were right. The remote control for the garage didn't work as it didn't have battery. I called the property, the woman didn't understand anything so she hung up. If you can't speak English, maybe consider not putting your property on Booking.com. I also sent messages but no response about the remote control was sent. The only response was that "if you have any issues talk to Almod Hotel which is 700 meters aways from the property" . Due to the garage door problem, we had to park outside and got a parking ticket. I had to go to Almond hotel again to solve the issue. Someone from the hotel came and open the garage door for us from inside and changed the batteries of the remote control. At the end the property, Kamil, specifically accepted to reimburse the parking ticket. But it was a tactic to silence me probably as he also stopped replying for not reimbursing 170 zloty parking ticket which we received because of property's negligence. Horrible customer service at this property. I do not recommend.

  Dobra lokalizacja kilkanaście minut od starówki, w pełni wyposażony apartament z możliwością przygotowania posiłków, odradzam wykupienie śniadań ponieważ serwowane są w pobliskim hotelu ok. 500 m trzeba przejść, ponadto są barszo skromne, jedno danie z karty, kikladziesiąt minut trzeba czekać na podanie co negatywnie oceniam. Ze strony obsługi ( recepcji i kelnerskiej) brak jakiego kolwiek zainteresowania.. Poza śniadaniam pobyt ocenia na dobry. Jeśli chodzi o parking to wokół bloku są miejsca płatne i ogólnie jest problem z parkowaniem tak jak w każdym większym mieście.
  
  What could be improved: Odradzam wykupienie śniadań, skromne, bez warzyw, brak zainteresowania obsługi, lepiej samemu coś przygotować w pełni wyposażonym aneksie kuchennym

  Great location, good price, clean room. The only "minus" was that i waited for better riverside view.

  Very good location, it takes only 5 min. to go to the old city.
  
  What could be improved: At first, company sent me the wrong infomation about entrance to the car parking lot. There is not an entrance from the river side like they said, it is on the same street with entrance to the appartment, in the part B of the house. It takes approx. 10 min to find where is the correct entrance to the parking.
  Secondly, the apartment was not cleaned or cleaned very bad, especially the bathroom. I informed the owner about it and sent the photos, they promised to clean the apartment, but no one came to clean it. The owner didn't answer either. We didn't even take a shower.
  Third, the remote of the TV is damaged, you can not change the volume. The specified wi-fi network could not be found, so there was no way to use it.

  Perfect stay in Gdansk. Apartment is in a quiet area and there was also A/C and smart TV. Was within walkable distance to center and nice chic restaurants nearby.

  Very clean and great location.
  
  What could be improved: the apartment could be a bit better equipped with such small things like gel douche, at least one small rag for cleaning, there was only one tablet for dishwasher or one toilet paper for a family of four to stay for 3 days. those smaller things could do the stay even better, but all in all we enjoyed.

  I did like location in the center of Gdańsk.
  
  What could be improved: The mess in the bath was terrible. I’ve written three emails, no specialist came. It ruined all the atmosphere.

  Location – location is perfect, center is reachable on foot. Beach is short drive (or tram ride) away, convenient to visit Gdynia/Sopot.
  
  Reasonably quiet. Spacious balcony (after you wash many moths worth of dirt).
  
  What could be improved: it was utterly dirty – see photos how hand looks, after touching "freshly cleaned" floor. Washed floor myself with bath towel – it was dark brown after cleaning couple square meters. Had to wash it many times. Had to move bed to the side (child comfort, moved it back before checkout) – see photo of what I've found.
  
  Had a confirmation via chat, that parking will be available – it wasn't. Was suggested to "park around the building" – it's literally impossible to find parking here. 2 evenings had to leave car in some shady field on grass, couple hundred meters away.
  
  no key to garbage enclosure – had to leave 3 bags in room.
  
  only 1 pod for dishwasher and washing machine provided for 5 nights. I could (and I did) buy those myself, but that's not something guest should worry about.
  
  Bathroom lock is broken.
  
  apparently towel dryer works only in winter (= you'll have damp towels for whole stay)
  
  shower overflows onto bathroom floor in 3~4 minutes.
  
  no daytime curtains.

  What could be improved: Very very dirty. Dirt and webs are everywhere. Dirty flors and pillowcase. There is also no soap, shower gel or shampoo in the room. For 3 people and 3 nights stay they left only one toilet paper roll. Very pool service
