  Gustownie urządzony apartament z miejscem postojowym w garażu podziemnym. Obiekt dopiero co został wybudowany, wszystko nowe i w bardzo dobrym stanie.

  Квартира красивая, просторная, чистая. Находится в строящемся квартале. В квартире два санузла, что очень удобно. Есть стиральная машина, о которой не было написано. В каждой комнате кондиционер. Две лоджии. Кухня укомплектована. Есть все необходимое на первое время типа туалетной бумаги, таблеток для посудомойки, жидкость и губка для мытья посуды, бумажные полотенца, шампунь и гель для душа, много мест хранения, в шкафах есть достаточно вешалок для одежды. Нам повезло и всю неделю было тихо, ремонт в этой части здания пока никто не делает))
  Расположение нам понравилось. От центра пешком 20 минут, от вокзала 15. В самом районе тихо и спокойно. Рядом аж 3 Жабки
  
  What could be improved: Не хватало крючков в санузлах, чтобы развесить для полотенца. Нас было трое, а место всего одно на полотенцесушителе. Лоджией пока пользоваться не получится, тк рядом стройка и пыльно. Из-за того, что дом недавно сдан, есть строительная пыль в местах общего пользования: коридоры и лифт. У меня аллергия на пыль и я её чувствовала. Это пожалуй единственный момент, который вызвал дискомфорт.

  Apartament ogólnie mega komfortowy, zadbany i czysty. Jest wszystko co potrzeba. Do Śródmieścia można podjechać komunikacją miejską, pieszo jakieś 45min.
  
  What could be improved: Małe problemy z wejściem do budynku. Pastylka do otwierania drzwi powinna być dostępna przy kluczach. Dopiero na drugi dzień Pan z ochrony dał nam pastylkę.

  Wszystko było super . Apartament piękny jak na zdjęciach . Pralka , zmywarka , duża lodówka , perfumowana pościel . Naprawdę wspaniałe 😊
  
  What could be improved: Minusem jest to , że miejsce parkingowe jest na poziomie minus 2, apartamenty na 5, i żeby dostać się do apartamentu trzeba iść z parkingu na ulicę przez cały parking( czyli 2 piętra) , a stąd dopiero wejść do klatki schodowej lub windy . Chociaż są drzwi na klatkę schodową obok miejsca parkingowego , jednak Państwo nie mają klucze do tych drzwi . Ciężko pod względem walizek łazić tyle czasu , żeby dostać się z ciężką walizka na górę .
  No i oczywiście prace remontowe , które zaczynają się od 8 rano ( rozumiem że to nie jest winą właścicieli , ale jednak psuje to komfort) .

  Kõik oli suurepärane. Täiesti uus, avar, maitsekas ja noobel korter täiesti uues majas. Kõik mugavused ja eluks vajalik on olemas. Asukoht hea ja kvartal suure potentsiaaliga, meie paralleeltänavas oli toidutänav, kus leidub igale maitsele midagi. Väga lähedal asub kaubanduskeskus "Forum Gdansk" arvukate poodide- ja söögikohtadega. Vanalinn on jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Kuna peatusime madalhooajal, oli ka hind väga soodne.
