  The pool, jacuzzi and sauna were a great perk! The room was very small but comfy and all worked well. The location is good for access to city centre!
  
  What could be improved: It was not mentioned that there was no outlook at all from the room -while there was a balcony the outlook was depressingly claustrophobic – not even a tiny strip of green or blue sky and confusing as it’s called river view which puts in mind a view which some apartments do have – and this would have influenced my decision. Also the arrival was complex and challenging with collecting the key and then finding the place on own etc. all quite stressful and could have been made a bit easier. Also the steam room never seemed to be on or hot enough

  What could be improved: Someone divided one apartment into two. This should have been mentioned in the listing! Extremely uncomfortable due to the plasterboard walls. You can hear everything from the wall behind as this is simply one flat which someone decided to split into two. Luck of proper ventilation. Box room with kitchen which has coffee machine and cooking facilities but not even a spoon, fork or any other basic kitchen utensils. Toilet brush without a handle? Bottom drawer in the corridor with a large “silverfish” (insect)? Never again…
