  Great space, enough room for everyone, up and coming area, comfortable beds and clean flat.
  
  What could be improved: You really should make it clear that the pool is not included in the price and your guests do not have access to these facilities. It's quite cheeky not to say it in your description, I just read it again and nothing is mentioned about having to pay. I specifically looked for a place that has a pool and that was the only reason I booked your place. So it was quite disappointing to see that we have to pay extra.

  The location is very good, with good restaurants nearby…, easy parking if necessary. Large and clean room. Breakfast could clearly be improved…, the juices are great, but the menu is too repetitive and hardly any proteins…, the fruit is excellent. The correct amount. Be careful because the place does not have a spa or swimming pool, there is one nearby, but it is paid for and not very good.

  The code to the building and apartment door to get in was sent to me in an e-mail on the day of arrival, with clear instructions. Apartment was very nice, and had almost everything you would need to live there comfortably.
  
  There were extra pillows and blankets, as well as towels in the bedroom closet. The shampoo and soap were also provided, together with dish cleaning liquid. Neat and small refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and hair dryer are also available in the apartment for the convenience of the guest. Dishes, cooking pans and kitchen utensils were all provided in the kitchen cupboards.
  
  Also, really enjoyed the different lighting modes you can adjust in the apartment, make it very nice to enjoy your time there. The apartment also has an iron and ironing board, if the guest needs to iron a shirt for example.
  
  P.S. My deposit of 500 PLN was returned to me less than a week after my stay, so all good.
  
  What could be improved: Noticed there are insects crawling around every morning or late evening aroun bathroom door.
  We only had 4 toilet paper rolls, and for the four and half days that we were staying there (2 people), toilet paper almost ended. Also the air freshener in the bath room was completely empty.
  
  Despite having so many cooking utensils and pans, there was no oil to use for frying, and there was also no washing liquid or capsules for the washing machine, so doing laundry was impossible. Also – would have appreciate a real kitchen towel instead of paper towel, to dry the dishes.
  
  Noticed a few thumps and scratches on the wall when you enter bedroom on your right, but nothing too serious.

  The appartment was clean, comfortable and its location is perfect to visit Gdansk.
  
  What could be improved: Having rented an appartment with "SPA" in its name, we expected to be allowed an access to the spa that's actually in the building. However, it wasn't included and we discovered on site that we had to pay individually 69 zl per hour to use it.

  Very nice roomy, comfy, well situated apartment. Safe area. Lots of parking.
  
  What could be improved: While there are quiet hours, neighbors were noisy all night on Friday and kids running around early Sunday. The title of the place has SPA. Very deceiving. It's privately run. Staff were pushy, not helpful. Wanted to randomly book us for an hr the next day at 69 zloty pp pr hr. When I walked by yesterday it appeared packed with teenagers. Not the kind of spa experience mature people would be looking for. This should be better explained. We planned our weekend to include a spa experience but didn't get it:-( If you need coffee or a quick snack, you have to go quite a ways to get it. One day they allowed us to get 2 coffees to go, today not! Happy Easter!
