The Space Itself

The room — well, it’s actually more like a proper apartment — feels surprisingly spacious for being in such a prime location. Everything’s been thoughtfully updated without losing that old-world character that makes Gdańsk so appealing. The kitchen is fully equipped, which I actually used quite a bit since there’s a great little market nearby where you can grab fresh bread and local cheeses.

What struck me most was how quiet it stays at night, even though you’re surrounded by restaurants and cafes.

You can grab coffee and pastries from the bakery downstairs, then wander over to the Motława River for a morning walk before the tour groups arrive.

  Very good videos from the host, how to enter the garage, or pick up the keys.
  Uncomplicated handover of the keys via secret place and look code.
  The apartment is located central in a very new complex and offers a good garage place to park the car.
  Its well equipped with 2 bedrooms, 2 restrooms. Also there is a washing machine, as well as plenty of cooking equipment and spare towels and all necessary small items.

  The apartment was in a great location. The host made the check in so easy. Convenient parking for our larger car was provided and we had easy access to all the tourist places and restaurants that we had planned. Highly recommend!

  What could be improved: It so happened that the day after the refundable reservation, I got into trouble and immediately informed the hosts of my non-arrival. Exceptionally, I would like a full or partial refund for a reservation or change of dates. I offered to make an excuse to send a doctor's note. Unfortunately, the owners did not respond to messages or phone calls for several days. Two days before booking, they replied that if the apartment is booked again, they will help me. After making accommodation reservations, I saw that the apartment was overcrowded. Unfortunately, my request was not granted.
