  Property was really well planned flat. It was spacious and clean. Kitchen was well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, hover and cleaning equipment made us easy to stay with our family.
  
  What could be improved: The bathroom lights was not working and I would recommend if someone is staying more than two days it’s best to provide extra towels because we were 8 of us and it made it difficult to wash and dry the towels as the weather not that hot to dry the towels.

  The reservation went perfectly. The problem came when we arrived at the address and no one answered the phone. The accommodation deducted the entire payment in advance and it was impossible to contact anyone from the agency. After about an hour we managed to do it and they finally got the keys to the apartment. However, it was a very unpleasant feeling.

  What could be improved: Staff has caused many issues with the payment. Did not cooperate with Booking, nor the Booking itself had easy solution to solve the issue.

  What could be improved: Communication with management only in polish. Multiple E-Mails and direct calls where not answered. One day before reservation I got a call with details where the apartment is and how to get inside.

  The communication was great. The apartment is large and spacious. Equipped with everything you need. Very nicely and tastefully decorated. It is very convenient to get almost to the apartment from the underground parking lot by elevator. There are many grocery stores and cozy restaurants around. 5 minutes slow walk to the sea itself. The same 5 minutes to the promenade. Our children were excited and did not want to leave. Everything was great. Many thanks to the apartment owner.
