Walking into Santorini – Nadmorze, you immediately get that “this is going to be good” feeling. It’s tucked away in Brzezno, which honestly is one of those neighborhoods that locals know but tourists often miss — and that’s exactly what makes it special. The four-star property sits just steps from the beach, and I mean literally steps. You can hear the Baltic Sea from your window, which is something you don’t get in the city center hotels.

Location & Getting Around

Here’s what I love about staying in Brzezno — you’re close enough to Gdańsk proper (maybe 15 minutes by tram) but far enough away that you actually get to relax. The hotel offers parking right on site, which is honestly a godsend if you’re driving. Trust me, trying to find parking in the Old Town is a nightmare you don’t want to deal with. Plus, couples seem to absolutely love this spot — the rating speaks for itself at 9.8, and I can see why.

The Room Experience

The room I stayed in had this clean, modern vibe without being sterile. What really got me was the attention to detail — everything just worked properly, you know? The shower had actual water pressure, the Wi-Fi didn’t cut out every five minutes, and the bed was comfortable enough that I didn’t wake up feeling like I’d been wrestling with it all night. The view depends on which side you get, but honestly, even the courtyard-facing rooms are quiet and pleasant.

The Neighborhood Advantage

Brzezno has this laid-back seaside town feel that’s completely different from the tourist hustle in the main city. There’s a decent restaurant scene within walking distance — nothing too fancy, but solid Polish food and some surprisingly good seafood spots. The beach here is actually swimmable in summer (well, if you don’t mind Baltic Sea temperatures), and the pier is perfect for evening walks. I actually ended up spending more time in the neighborhood than I planned because it just felt so… normal, in the best way possible.

Look, this isn’t going to be the flashiest hotel you’ll ever stay in, but it gets the fundamentals absolutely right. The location rating of 9.7 isn’t just numbers — it’s because you get beach access without the beach resort prices, city proximity without the city noise, and that rare combination of being somewhere that feels both Polish and tourist-friendly. The staff clearly knows what they’re doing, and the whole place has this understated confidence that comes from consistently delivering what people actually want rather than what looks good in photos. Every detail, from the welcoming atmosphere to the thoughtful amenities, reflects a commitment to guest satisfaction that extends beyond typical hospitality standards.

  Wygodny czysty apartament z super lokalizacja .

  Fantastyczny apartament w doskonałej lokalizacji. Jest położony pięć minut spacerem od pięknej plaży. Dojazd do centrum Gdańska jest łatwy i zajmuje około 30 minut tramwajem, którego przystanek jest tuż przy wejściu do osiedla.
  Sam apartament jest czysty, przestronny i komfortowo urządzony. Wszystkie meble są nowe, niezniszczone i bardzo wygodne. Dodatkowym plusem jest miejsce w garażu podziemnym.
  Kontakt z gospodarzami jest bardzo miły.
  Polecam ten apartament wszystkim, którzy chcą miło spędzić rodzinnie urlop w cichej okolicy, blisko morza.

  Dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie, czyste (nawet bardzo czyste), na fajnym osiedlu z placem zabaw. Przyjemna okolica, blisko do plaży i w sam raz do różnych atrakcji w Gdańsku i Sopocie.

  Mieszkanie dogodnie położone w cichej części osiedla. Kompleks budynków położony blisko morza – wystarczy przejść przez park. Pod osiedlem Żabka i tramwaj. Niczego nie brakuje.

  Spotless clean apartment, decorated with taste. Well supplied with necessary stuff for your stay, starting from equipment as tv, hairdryer, air-conditioning, washing supply ect to little stuff you'd need as soap, salt, coffee – which makes huge difference for people traveling with suitcases only. Beach is just a few minutes' walk through park (there are plenty of outside gym and playgrounds spots). Tram Station is just across the street. Shops, pharmacy, every corner.
  
  For tram and bus travel, handy to download application "jak dojade" where you can purchase all tickets and see which connection is best for your location. Tram no 3 will take you close to Old Town. Uber works perfect for short lifts.
  
  Good communication with apartment owners as well as the person in charge.
  
  What could be improved: Microwave and simple beach equipment would be an additional advantage to have in the flat.

  Me and my family have stayed in this apartment for 3 nights and we were very impressed.
  
  The lady owner was very professional she helped us with our stuff and showed us the whole apartment and explained all the necessary things. The apartment located in a very nice area also close a nice park and beach, where you can enjoy most of your time such as riding a bicycle, running as well as play with children. Also I would like to highlight that the apartment was so clean, literally as brand-new! You'll find everything you need inside the apartment, such as washing detergent, tea, tissues etc. We had a late checkout, and lady owner was so generous and didn't ask for an extra charge. We're very pleased and happy for our choice! Ecxcellent hospitality…Highly recommend it!
