The Bursztynowa area is actually pretty smart if you want to be close to everything without dealing with the tourist crowds every time you step outside. You’re still within easy reach of the Old Town and the waterfront, but the street itself has this residential calm that couples seem to really appreciate — and I can see why the ratings back that up. There’s something about being able to walk to dinner in the historic center, then come back to a quieter neighborhood that just works better than staying right in the thick of things.

The Room Experience

The room I stayed in had that four-star attention to detail you hope for but don’t always get. Clean lines, quality materials, and — this might sound small but it matters — really good blackout curtains. The bathroom was spacious enough that you’re not bumping into each other if you’re traveling as a couple, and the shower pressure was actually impressive. You know what I noticed? They’ve thought about the little things, like having enough outlets near the bed and decent lighting for reading.

The staff here strikes that perfect balance between being helpful and not hovering. They clearly know the area well — when I asked about dinner recommendations, I got actual local spots rather than the usual tourist traps. The building itself feels well-maintained and quiet, which honestly can be hit or miss even with higher-rated places. There’s a sense that they’re running a tight ship without making it feel overly formal or stuffy.

Look, a 9.6 rating doesn’t happen by accident, and after staying here, I get it. It’s the combination of being in a great location without the chaos, having genuinely comfortable accommodations, and dealing with people who actually care about your experience.   What could be improved: It was very difficult to get into the apartment. we should have received a text message with the access code beforehand, but we didn't get it. After contacting the operator's representative, we were given the access code to the mailbox with a key, but it didn't fit either the exterior door of the house or the exterior gate. There was a chip on the keys that had to be attached to the sensor of both doors. The key was only to the door of the actual apartment. However, this information was not shared with us, so we spent a lot of time trying to figure out how to get into the complex in the first place. Eventually a representative of the operator had to come. I think more accurate information up front would have easily solved this complication. Otherwise though, the apartment was fantastic with a giant patio. Quiet everywhere, beautiful surroundings. Also, the Wi-Fi was not working. The name of the network was probably changed and was different than in the information material in the apartment.

  We loved the place. It was so clean, well maintained, it had everything you could need for a long stay too.
  Really private bedrooms with full bathrooms.
  It is worth the price.
