The building itself is a tidy, four‑star slice of comfort nestled at Krasickiego 9B, and right off the street there’s a little parking space you can snag in the early morning before the locals start their day. I mean, you don’t have to climb a hill for a spot—there’s a free curb‑side spot adjacent to the old bakery that sells the best rye bread in town. Check‑in was a breeze: the staff handed me a key card and a quick map of the apartment block, and the front desk was bright and welcoming—no long lines, no fuss, just a warm “welcome back!” voice that made you feel like you were arriving at a favorite friend’s place.

Inside, the apartment itself felt like a cozy, sun‑lit kitchen with a view of the narrow courtyard, and the balcony—well, you could actually see the tiny pier where the fishermen hang their nets. The decor is tasteful, not over‑the‑top, and the linens are a soft, almost buttery feel that makes you want to sink into bed early. I honestly appreciated the little touches: a local‑made soap in a bottle that smells like sea salt and citrus, a small set of towels in a bright color that’s different from the hotel’s bland palette. The noise level? Quiet, almost serene, because Brzezno is largely residential and the only traffic is the occasional delivery truck or a neighbor’s cat. In the evenings, you hear the distant hum of the harbor, a gentle reminder that you’re close to the water but still in a calm, sleepy neighborhood.

The real charm, though, is the neighborhood. If you’re into walking, you can take a short stroll down Krasickiego street to the corner café that serves a strong espresso and a slice of cake that melts in your mouth—locals swear it’s the best in Gdańsk. A few blocks away, there’s a small park with a playground, and the sound of children’s laughter is a backdrop that’s oddly comforting. For those who want to step out of the city, just a tram ride brings you to the bustling market on Piłsudskiego, where fresh fish and local produce are on display.   Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig, gut geschnitten. Großer Wohn; Küchen Bereich. Sehr schön, modern, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Zwei ausreichend große Schlafzimmer, auch sehr schön. Modernes Bad, Toilette. Alles sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch Balkonbereich lud zur abendlichen Entspannung ein. Küche ausreichend groß mit fast allen nötigen Utensilien. Die ganze Anlage war extrem gepflegt, sehr schön angelegt mit viel Grün. In der Nähe ein kleines " Żabka" Lebensmittel Geschäft, geeignet für kleine Einkäufe.
  
  What could be improved: Paar Kleinigkeiten haben uns gefehlt wie zum Beispiel kleines Handtuch zusätzlich zum großen Badetuch. Dann noch ein kleines Putztuch zum abwischen des Bereiches um das Waschbecken nach der Nutzung. Ein Toster in der Küche hätte uns gefreut und vielleicht Beschreibung über welche Kaffeemaschine die Unterkunft verfügt.
  Diesbezüglich haben wir an den Besitzer zwei Mal Email mit Frage geschickt, die blieben aber ohne Antwort. Deshalb haben wir unnötig ein Kilo Kaffeebohnen mitgeschleppt, die wir leider nicht nutzen konnten. Was einchecken und auschecken, sowie Zahlung betrifft, war ein SMS Kontakt vorhanden.

  The flat is very spacious, all equipment, furniture, and appliances look very new and function well. The flat was very clean. And we loved the covered balcony that allowed us to sit outside in any weather.

  Bardzo ładny apartament. Duży, dobrze wyposażony, pięknie urządzony z dużym tarasem. Dwie sypialnie, oddzielna toaleta, garderoba, łazienka i duży salon z kuchnią. Miejsce bardzo wygodne dla większej grupy.
  
  What could be improved: Niedopracowane detale – kilka odpadajacych listew przypodłogowych, bardzo brudna deska do prasowania, zakamienione żelazko. Ale to są detale które nie wpłynęło na komfort pobytu.
