  What could be improved: mieszkanie usytuowane przy ruchliwej ulicy i torach tramwajwych, żeby dostać się na stare miasto trzeba było skorzystać z przejścia podziemego, zamówiony parking był niedostępny, skorzystanie z parkingu wymagało dodatkowego kontaktu telefonicznego z biurem, dostęp do mieszkania wymagał wpisania kodu na klamce co nie dokońca było jasno opisane i nieintuicyjne, szkoda że nie było widoku na rzekę widok był na park.

  Apartament bardzo czysty, pięknie urządzony, przestronny, w pełni wyposażony – niczego nie brakowało. Przepiękny widok na rzekę. Lokalizacja praktycznie w samym centrum Gdańska-wszędzie blisko. Bardzo polecam!

  What could be improved: During our recent three-night stay, we encountered significant issues with the accommodation's electronic lock system, which requires separate codes for the main entrance, third-floor access, and the apartment door itself. Within the first 24 hours, we experienced two lockouts out of four access attempts.
  
  The first incident left us stranded outside, necessitating a call to the emergency number. We waited over 30 minutes while being transferred multiple times before the issue was resolved remotely; however, no permanent fix was implemented.
  
  Just hours later, we faced another lockout. This time, our calls went unanswered, prompting us to contact Booking.com support, who also failed to reach the property owner/management. After nearly 45 minutes, we managed to connect with someone via chat, who suggested a battery issue and promised to send a technician. We were left waiting in the hallway for nearly two hours before a technician arrived, unlocked the door with a physical key, and replaced the battery — a basic fix that could have been addressed earlier, sparing us considerable frustration.
  
  Due to this complete lack of trust in the property's reliability and support, we requested a change of accommodation for the remaining two nights but received no response from Booking.com. Only after submitting a compensation claim did Booking.com respond, two days post-incident.
  
  While the apartment itself was well-appointed and in a good location, the repeated lock failures and inadequate support overshadowed our experience. We hope the management addresses these issues promptly to prevent future guests from enduring similar inconveniences.

  The apartment has a large window with a lovely view over the canal which we loved! The apartment is also extremely well-designed and has a luxurious feel to it. The kitchen has everything you would need on a short trip. There was an easy to use dishwasher, oven and cooker, though no microwave. The living area has a large TV and a comfortable sofa. The apartment also has air-conditioning in the living area (although extremely noisy, it was a true blessing as the apartment can feel like a greenhouse with the direct sun). The apartment had sufficient storage.
  
  We were particularly impressed with the cleanliness of the apartment!
  
  The property is not accessible via physical keys but codes. We got access to our key codes via whatsapp message. We had a few issues to understand one of the codes, but the host was just a message away on whatsapp. They were extremely helpful.
  
  The location is also excellent. It is just a few minutes away from the old town and a short walk away from the shopping centre too.
  
  We were satisfied with our stay here and I would greatly recommend it.
  
  What could be improved: The only downside to the apartment was the bed. Unfortunately, it was extremely uncomfortable and sunk in in the middle. We did not complain about this.
