One thing to note is that the area can get a bit noisy around late night—the harbor lights flicker, and you’ll hear the occasional clack of a cargo ship’s crane, but it’s far enough away from the room that I could still get a good night’s sleep.

I have to mention the noise levels near the river. During the summer, there’s a lot of traffic on the nearby Małe Miasto street and the pier, so if you’re a light sleeper, it might be worth asking for a room on a higher floor. The hotel does a decent job of soundproofing, though; the walls are thick, and the windows are double‑glazed. I also found that the staff were super helpful when I asked about the local nightlife; they suggested a few hidden speakeasy bars on the Przekopowa Street, which turned out to be a real treat. The Wi‑Fi was reliable enough for me to stream a movie in the evening, but you might want to plan your work around the hotel’s scheduled maintenance—it’s usually a quick 30‑minute downtime in the early morning.

  Excellent breakfast but on three of the four days there were two conventions so it was very busy.. Due to the conventions front desk was always busy. The location is excellent.

  Great location. Really good spa. Friendly and professional staff in the hotel (but not the bar). Rooms were nice and clean.
