The staff were incredibly helpful; one concierge even suggested a hidden gem—a small, artisanal café on Gdańska Street that serves the best espresso in town. I’ll be back whenever I’m in the Baltic region; the mix of history, modern comforts, and genuine local vibes makes Radisson Blu a standout in Gdańsk’s bustling scene.

  Very comfortable hotel, in a slightly old fashion style which we found very pleasant. Elegant, spacious room.
  
  What could be improved: No Chromecast during our stay, although it was advertised. A hotel technician reported that our Chromecast dongle had been stolen. The duty manager could not replace it as he had no backup stock, and it was too expensive to buy another one!

  Everything abut this hotel is excellent, the room, the bed, breakfast and the location could not be better. The staff are so welcoming and helpful. We were there for 12 nights and it was one of the best vacations i´ve ever had.

  As expected from a 5 * hotel, rooms were lovely, food was good, location is excellent.
  
  What could be improved: Did not seem to have a concierge, front desk staff pleasant, but not concierge level. Not that it really mattered, but it might have been helpful on a couple of occasions.
