  Location is absolutely great. The apartment complex is set into a beautiful surrounding right next to the beach and Ronald Regans park which offers possibilities for outdoor activities. The complex has two exists, both guarded by security. Apartment was on the 3rd floor overlooking the complex but offering privacy. We got the keys to the garare where we parked the car and stored the scooters for kids.Equipment in the apartment is also good, offering all things like microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, coffee machine and also washing maschine which is highly appreciated when travelling with kids. The apartment is in a quieter location and we were woken up by a seagull in the morning.

  The apartment is very nice and clean, it was enough for me and a friend to comfortably stay there for the weekend. It may be a bit small if you are planning to stay there with more than 2/3 people.
  Check-in / out instructions were very clear. Would definitely recommend it.

  Great location near the beach. Spacious, fully equipped apartment. Additional toilet is big plus
  
  What could be improved: Lighting in the restrooms didn't allow for make up and skin care routine, loud (cracking, squeaking) bed in one of bedrooms that was waking us all up with each move. Quite late check-in and no luggage storage was definitely the biggest let down.

  Very close to the beach… a few steps and I was on my way for an early morning swim. The apartment was extremely clean, very spacious, very modern with comfortable furnishings. Garage parking was available which made it extremely convenient. I really enjoyed the stay and the close proximity to the water.
  
  What could be improved: The apartment was too hot since it was on the top floor. Perhaps add some electric fans or air-conditioning during the summer months.
