  What could be improved: Incheckningsprocessen var inte bra. Fick inget mail med instruktioner förrän vi var på plats vid boendet & ringde till värden för att fråga hur vi tar oss in. Visade sig att vi behövde hämta nyckel på kontor 1 km bort.

  What could be improved: Total mix up with door code couldn't access property.Was told office down the street however it was a good 10min walk pulling suitcase on cobbled street.Got fob from office and code they gave us didn't work.Had to contact again for another code to get in.We then had silverfish coming from beneath the single beds where my mother in law was sleeping.Contacted office to explain and they sent cleaners Also TV wasn't working for 2 days as it needed an update which we reported straight away to office.All in all very disappointing as this was booked as a birthday celebration for my 80 year old mother in law

  Modern 2-bedroom-apartment with plenty of space, so individually designed – a hidden gem with water views … Quiet, safe location in a gated community. Located in walking distance to restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries and the city centre. Travelling through the world it was one of the best accommodations we ever had.

  What could be improved: The service staff could have been more professional and helpful. First they forgot to send us the message on check in info. We had to ask, and spend some anxious time wondering if the reservation went wrong.
  
  Then, at our door, after entering the door code wrongly for the third time, the alarm went off and we were left embarrassed and worried that we were at the wrong place. We WhatsApp the staff, and they provided us with another door code. Apparently, they had given us the wrong code in the first place. Finally, after checking out, we left them a message to let them know we had left and returned the key as instructed. No reply or acknowledgment at all. Very different from our other 3 accommodation.

  Such a stunning apartment. The feature wall just looks fantastic and the circular mirror reflecting the waterside and the medieval crane is breathtaking. The bathroom and shower are great although I did leave a white towel on the top step as I forgot about it one day and nearly fell. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning works really well. I missed having a microwave a little but the fab washing machine more than made up for that. Had a great week and would love to return. A good base for some great sightseeing in Gdansk and pretty quiet.
  
  What could be improved: Tip for quick entry. Pick up keys from 35 Angeilska Groba then walk towards river until you are at the entrance opposite the Hotel Podewils. Once through security gate keep right and walk straight ahead until you come to your labelled block.
