  Mieszkanie znajduje się w cichej okolicy, w odległości 5-10 minut pieszo od morza. W pobliżu sklepy, restauracje i plac zabaw (przy morzu), a także przystanek tramwajowy do centrum miasta.
  
  Nowy budynek, czysta klatka schodowa, winda, parking, mało sąsiadów.
  
  Mieszkanie jest czyste i komfortowe, dla rodziny z dwojgiem dzieci jest w porządku (jedno dziecko śpi w salonie). Na balkonie miło jest posiedzieć wieczorem, jeśli nie jest zbyt zimno.
  
  What could be improved: Odkurzacz źle się włącza (nastolatek nie mógł go włączyć). Poleciłabym kupić jeszcze jeden kieliszek (był tylko jeden) i przynajmniej jeden duży nóż, bo nie mieliśmy czym pokroić świeżego chleba.

  Apartament przestronny,czysty, wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne.Mieszkanie 5 minut od morza na piechotę. Po drugiej stronie ulicy piekarnia,sklep rybny i mięsny. Miejsce garażowe w garażu podziemnym. Świetna lokalizacja, przystanek tramwajowy kilka kroków od klatki. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem obiektu.Apartament godny polecenia.

  A modern, clean and cosy apartment. Most needed utilities are there. A nice balcony. Lost of food stores are just at hand. The air conditioning was a life saver at summer. 10 minutes to walk to the Brzezno beach.
  
  What could be improved: Having a tea towel and a kitchen rag would have been nice. The construction sight is just across the street (the work starts at 7am). With the checkout scheduled for 11 am, the room service appeard in the apartment at 10-58.
  
  Overal, the district was a bit of a disappointment. Next time I'll probably chose staying somewhere else. May be closer to the Jelitkowo Beach.
