Walking into my apartment, I was genuinely impressed by how spacious everything felt. The room layout flows naturally, and there’s this lovely view that gives the place its name — you actually do get a nice park outlook that’s especially pretty in the morning light. What really won me over was the kitchen setup; it’s not just some token kitchenette but a proper space where you can actually cook if you want to skip the restaurant scene for a night. The whole place feels like someone’s well-appointed home rather than a sterile hotel unit, which I mean, makes all the difference when you’re staying more than just a night or two.

Location That Actually Works

Here’s what I love about this spot — you’re in a real neighborhood where locals actually live, but you can still walk to the Old Town in about 15 minutes if you’re feeling energetic. The tram connections are solid too, and honestly, having that free parking means you can easily explore places like Sopot or Malbork without the headache of city center logistics. I noticed quite a few couples during my stay, and it makes sense — there’s something romantic about having your own little Polish apartment base while still being able to dive into Gdańsk’s incredible history and nightlife when the mood strikes.

The Details That Matter

You know what impressed me most? The attention to small things that actually affect your stay. The Wi-Fi works properly (not always a given), the shower has decent pressure, and the windows actually block out street noise — which matters more than you’d think. The whole place is impeccably clean, and there’s this sense that someone really cares about maintaining the property.   Mieszkanie zlokalizowane niedaleko morza. Spacerkiem 15min. W pobliżu wszystko co potrzeba. Żabka, biedra, apteka, bary z jedzeniem, tramwaj pod nosem. Miejsce garażowe w budynku – dodatkowy plus. Samo mieszkanie przestronne, zadbane, wyposazone we wszystko co potrzebne w domu. Kontakt z właścicielem bardzo dobry.

  Wszystko zgodnie z opisem.
  Super mieszkanie, przestronne, a zarazem przytulne. Czyste.
  Na mieszkaniu wszystko czego potrzeba, a nawet więcej. Na miejscu czekała na nas mila niespodzianka.
  Wszędzie blisko. Piękne plaże w pobliżu.
  Kontakt z właścicielem na 5+.

  Apartament duży, jeden pokój z dwoma pojedynczymi łóżkami i ogromną szafą narożną, sypialnia z dużym podwójnym łóżkiem i ogromną szafą, Salon z aneksem kuchennym bardzo przestronny. W kuchni zmywarka co jest dużym plusem. Dodatkowo zamontowana klimatyzacja co przy upałach była mega udogodnieniem.
  Łazienka bardzo duża i co nas mile zaskoczyło (bo przeoczyłem wcześniej) wyposażona w wannę oraz kabinę prysznicową. Udostępniona również pralka.
  Udostępniona także mała deska do prasowania, żelazko, odkurzacz,
  Przestronny balkon z leżakami
  Apartamentowiec nowy, winda i parking podziemny.
  Teren wokół bloku to park oraz małe jeziorko.
  Rzut beretem do przystanku tramwajowego skąd można dojechać do centrum miasta (ok. 40 minut). Do plaży spokojnym spacerkiem 15-20 minut. Okolica spokojna, sąsiedzi mili.
  Zastaliśmy mieszkanie wysprzątane, świeża pościel. Znalazło się nawet wino od właściciela na powitanie.
  Kontakt z właścicielem na 6+. Pan Piotr bardzo pomocny i przemiły. Kontaktowaliśmy się przed przyjazdem i wszystko nam wyjaśnił. Kontakt także podczas pobytu i wszystko bez żadnego problemu. Naprawdę super człowiek.
  Z całego serca polecam ten obiekt, jest wart ceny. Pozdrawiam właściciela i dziękuję za wszystko. Jeśli będziemy w Gdańsku to napewno jeszcze wrócimy 😀
