  What could be improved: Была проездом,когда приехала в квартиру,оказалось,что ключи от номера нужно брать в офисе,который находится в далеко от места проживания,и при заселении нужно снова ехать в офис чтоб отдать ключи.Я,улетела ночью,мой рейс заменили,и я не знала,что мне делать с ключами,я не могла оставить их в номере и оставить номер открытым,пришлось платить таксисту,который меня вёз ночью в аэропорт ,чтоб утром он отвёз ключи в номер.Абсурдная ситуация,я заплатила за такси 3 раза,туда,обратно,за доставку ключей…Я много путешествую и такое вижу впервые.Везде ключи оставляют в ящике при заселении,и ты в свою очередь их оставляешь при выселении.
