  Bardzo blisko do komunikacji miejskiej czy stadionu, gdzie na piechotkę jest 15-20 min. Mieszkanie jest czyste. Jest dostępny poziemny parking. Istarukcje są zrozumiale. W mieszkaniu jest praktycznie wszystko co potrzebne, TV z yt premium i netflix, sypialnia na ścianą, a w niej duży i wygodny materac. Łazienka jest jasna, duża kabina prysznicowa, suszarka do włosów czy mini pralka. Dodatkowo kosmetyki czy ręczniki do kąpieli. Dostępny jest aneks kuchenny z płytą i okapem oraz mini lodówka. Fajnie, że są naczynia i podstawowe rzeczy typu: cukier, herbata. W salonie jest bardzo wygodna kanapa.
