  Jednoduchý a přehledný informační systém předávání klíčů, informaci o parkování a údajů k použití WiFi. Bydlení je strategicky cca 100m od zastávky MHD do města, v okolí je samoobsluha, pekárna, masna, zelenina a rybí prodejna. K moři je cca 0,5 km, na cyklostezky se dá vyrazit přímo od bydlení. Moderní, čisté, účelně zařízené. Vše plně funkční.
