  What could be improved: The ground floor can be noisy as well, and the location of the building is not great due to the closer bridge times schedule stopping people from the short route to get to the other side of the city. Due to the big boat docking areas

  Really good place, the city center is easy to reach! The room was nice and clean and the check-in information given by the property was super clear!
  
  There are many construction sites near the property and the property even addresses it in the property description. We only heard some very few noises and didn’t bother our sleep or anything. The “blinds” that our room had on the outside of the windows cancelled the noise out super well.

  What could be improved: Not a big problem but one room with a bunk bed and one with a double bed. But I could have read better probably.m, so not a problem.

  I love a keyless system – you will be sent a code to access the property. Our studio on the 4th floor we stayed in was roomy, clean, had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. Communication with the host was quick and easy over messaging. I think the big balcony our studio had will be a great plus in the summer 🙂
  We didn't use the sauna (5€ extra charge for some reason?), gym (FOC) or parking (10€/day).
  Parking is free on the street next to the property.
  
  What could be improved: Random dirty spots in the apartment – wall next to the dining table had some splatter on it and shower stool bottom had some heavy mold on it 🙁 Other than that it was very clean.

  The size of the apartment, it was also fresh, clean and new.
  
  What could be improved: It was a bit complicated that you had to pay this tax before you got the keycode. I mean it is so little money you could easy given the code anyway.

  The apartment is amazing. It is spacious and modern. We were able to cook some meals at home. The shower is fantastic. The concierge in the building are really friendly, and there's and additional locked luggage room to put your suitcases on the checkout day. Zabka in the next building over is well stocked and always open.
  
  What could be improved: The metalworks nearby are noisy in the early hours of the morning every day, or playing very loud music. This isn't something the owners can control though.

  The apartment was very good.

  Bright and airy, but most of all, a lovely home from home.
