  What could be improved: everything was great, except, the floor was listed incorrectly in the instructions, when we got to the apartment, the code for the door was not correct, so we waited for an hour, for someone to answerl the whats up number to give us a new code.

  What could be improved: I was not informed of the construction area right in front of the building- resulting in noise from 7 in the morning and the appartment was very dusty as a result when I arrived.I could not find the place to keep my luggage on the day of departure, so I had to leave it at the hotel offices a good stroll away. I can say that when the construction is finished this will be a nice place to stay, but not for people who mind the 20minute stroll to centrum.

  Location, functional apartment. Everything you need is inside. Safety. In general, the apartment was fine, there were only a few flaws, but they didn't bother us that much. We'll be back
  
  What could be improved: This neighborhood is under construction. Some apartments are uninhabitable, rattling. This is hastily built and the quality is also poor. It's ok to show to tourists, but nothing more. There was no one in the apartment for a long time because there was a lot of dust on the refrigerator. In the shower cabin, the door guide was removed upon our arrival. One screw was missing from the dining chair.

  Everything exceeded our expectation with regards to the facility, helpful staff, comfortable and fully equipped apartment and beautiful location.
  
  What could be improved: The ongoing renovation above our apartment and throughout the hotel. The drilling and pounding was noisy and did not allow for a quiet relaxed morning or late sleep in after a late night out.
  This disclaimer was not mentioned on booking.com’s website, however, it was present on the direct website of Downtown apartments.
  I would have stayed longer, but due to the noise level we left earlier.

  Apartment was new and nice, bed was comfortable.
  
  What could be improved: Complex is under renovation, without any message from host. we were waking up every morning by drills and hammers. Apartments was super dusty and floor was covered with dirt… Nobody cared, apparently it was after "quiet time". Absolutly not worth the money. Maybe when then finish all apartments etc.
