Na Fali Overview

First Impressions

When I first pulled up to Na Fali, I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect from this four-star spot tucked away on Turystyczna Street. The building itself has this understated charm — nothing flashy, but you can tell someone put real thought into the details. What immediately caught my attention was how quiet it felt, even though you’re still technically in Gdańsk. The free parking right on site was a relief too, because let me tell you, finding a decent parking spot in this city can be a real headache.

Location That Actually Makes Sense

Here’s the thing about Na Fali’s location — it’s one of those spots that feels perfectly positioned without being obvious about it. You’re close enough to the historic center that a quick tram ride gets you to the Main Town in about fifteen minutes, but far enough out that you escape the tourist crowds when you want to unwind. I noticed a lot of couples here, and honestly, I get why they’d rate it so highly for romantic getaways. The neighborhood has this residential feel with tree-lined streets, and there’s something really appealing about staying somewhere that feels more like a local secret than a tourist trap.

The Room Experience

My room was larger than I expected — actually, much larger. The design strikes this nice balance between modern comfort and Polish character, with warm wood accents and really thoughtful lighting. What I appreciated most was the attention to practical details: proper blackout curtains (crucial for those bright summer nights), a work desk that’s actually usable, and a bathroom with excellent water pressure. The soundproofing is impressive too; even with windows facing the street, I barely heard any traffic noise at night.

Service and Amenities

The staff here operates with this refreshing blend of professionalism and genuine warmth — you know, the kind where they remember your name without making a big show of it. Breakfast was served in a cozy dining area that feels more like someone’s well-appointed home than a hotel restaurant. They focus on quality local ingredients, and I mean really local — the bread comes from a bakery just down the street, and you can taste the difference. The whole operation feels intimate and personal, which makes sense given the property’s size.

Why Guests Love It

After spending several nights here, I understand why Na Fali consistently earns such high ratings. It’s not trying to be everything to everyone — instead, it does a few things exceptionally well. The combination of that prime location (seriously, guests rate it 9.5 for good reason), the peaceful atmosphere, and the genuine hospitality creates something special. You get the comfort and service level of a much larger hotel, but with the personal touch and character that only smaller properties can deliver. For couples especially, this place offers that perfect mix of romance and practicality that’s surprisingly hard to find.

To book hotel in Gdansk during the famous St. Dominic’s Fair season, visitors should make reservations well in advance as the city attracts maritime enthusiasts and history lovers from around the world.

Reviews of Na Fali

  • Kochall from Czech Republic – 9 June 2025 (10/10)

Ubytování bylo velmi pěkné, čisté, prostorné a pohodlné. Lokalita byla rovněž skvělá- klidná, krásná procházka lesem k moři. Vše skvělé. Pan domácí byl velmi příjemný a vstřícný. Skvělé místo pro dovolenou.

What could be improved: Vše bylo skvělé

  • Jadwiga from Poland – 5 June 2025 (10/10)

Przesympatyczny, chętny do pomocy Gospodarz.

  • Leszek from Poland – 5 May 2025 (10/10)

Komfortowy dom w cichej okolicy. Idealny dla grupy 8-osobowej. Cicho i spokojnie.

What could be improved: Drobny minusik – to problem z gorącą wodą. Raz leciała gorąca, a raz zimna. Dom jest bliźniakiem – tak więc w przypadku zajętych obydwu domków trudno jest liczyć na prywatność na tarasie, ogródku.
Ale – jest to pokazane w ofercie tak więc, przy rezerwacji się tego spodziewaliśmy

  • Koplin from Poland – 4 May 2025 (10/10)

  • Kamil from Poland – 4 May 2025 (10/10)

Czysto, spokojna okolica, blisko plaży, grill.

What could be improved: Prysznic był lekko popsuty i nie trzymał się uchwytu.

  • Główka from Poland – 28 April 2025 (10/10)

Bardzo miły wlaciciel, bardzo dobra lokalizacja

  • Ivanauskienė from Lithuania – 3 July 2024 (10/10)

Very friendly Host, everything was super clean, 7 min walk to the beach, everybody was very pleased with the house

  • Stas from Poland – 26 June 2023 (10/10)

The host is so kind and polite and caring. The location is good. The sea is not far and the environment is quiet and beautiful.

  • Rimantas from Lithuania – 21 August 2022 (10/10)

Location was quiet and comfy. We were seven, including two small children. There was enough space for everyone, even one room was left unused. Be prepared to exercise if you have small children. The path to the sea on foot is not for the lazy.

  • Valerybond from Poland – 8 August 2022 (10/10)

Great house with lots of space. The house has everything you would need. The place is quiet and close to the beach. The host was very nice.

What could be improved: Weather is tricky 🙂 Mosquitoes might bother you if you want to have a dinner outside.
