  Very clean property. Also very close to town. Very good value for money. Got a early check in as well which I was delighted with.
  
  What could be improved: Not a complaint but for the number of people in the apartments, only 2 elevators was not enough. Waited usually about 5 minutes to get a lift. Spa was very small as well.

  Korzystna lokalizacja w centrum, ale na uboczu, pieszą blisko wszędzie 10-20min, w sam raz z dzieckiem, do zwiedzania starówki jak i muzeów. Ujęło mi, że w mieszkaniu było wszystko, czego nawet nie wiedziałam, że pomogę potrzebować.

  verry clean apartment.
  Everything we needed inside.
  nice staff, good location to closest store, and some restaurant, good location to public transport.
  
  What could be improved: Pool was cold, we ask to raise temperature, but it didn`t happend.
  Floor tiles in pool area are NOT anti slippery, water stays there all the time, creating hazard for safety.
  Steam room/steam sauna stinks inside, We was unable to use it, because of smell.
  Towels was stolen, at pool :/ (takeb by mistake by someone i think)

  We had a little difficulty finding the property as the entry was hidden from the street.Keys were left at the reception as agreed, very smooth journey from there.
  Very nice area, with good access to culture, local amenities and shops, restaurants.Easy access by walk or public transport from Old city.
  Apartment was clean and well equipped and decorated with good taste.Comfortable bed.Would give little minus for not having a corkscrew in the kitchen.
  Pool and spa facilities are not a great bonus to the property, unlike what we expected.At weekends almost impossible to get a spot, we were even denied entry by reception staff one day, although there was not full occupancy at the pool.
  Even on quieter days, there're only max 3 spaces in the jacuzzi and steam room, very small facilities.
  Water in the pool on both days we get there, was cold, so was jacuzzi – just about warm.Steam room almost non functioning, dry sauna was good though.
  If your priority is nice city break with good access to sightseeing I would highly recommend this place.But if you're looking for a spa experience, you won't be satisfied.
  
  What could be improved: Window from the room facing the wall, but that's not a problem during short stay.

  The location is the best, directly in the old city with shops, restaurants and everything around. The SPA area in the ground floor was very nice and relaxing. The common terrace located on the 8th floor has a nice view over the city. The apartment itself was cozy and cute. It has everything you need and it was clean.
  
  What could be improved: Instead of the body lotion provided I suggest to provide a better gel/shampoo for the shower.

  Very nice location 7mins walk to the heart of the city. The room is very clean and cozy. The kitchen was fully equipped. Also you can find iron, ironing board and the hair-dryer, which was really helpful and nice. SPA zone is more for children which really worked in our case as a family. Extremely helpful and friendly stuff with a great command in English.
  
  What could be improved: The size of the bed was very small (not really enough for 2 adults). In fact we've learned later that it was mentioned in the description, so was our bad. Now it's a big learning for us and we wouldn't book this apartment for the second time specifically because of the bed size. In summer you can get loud neighbours as you have to keep windows open to get fresh air due to no air-conditioning in the room.

  Good location, around 10 minutes walk from the old town. Apartment in new building with pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Żabka shop and few restaurants across the road. Apartment fully furnished and equipped. Washing machine in the room which was very useful.
  
  What could be improved: View. Apartment looked over the wall and roof of the other building which makes it very dark. It said “accommodation with a terrace” which we assumed meant that we will get balcony but it was only access to the communal terrace at the top of the building so its little missleading. The first day apartment was full of flies but then they started dissapearing. Dont know where they came from. Maybe mosquiter in the windows would help.
