  Lokalizacja rewelacja. 150m do Motławy i Mostu na Ołowiance, ale okolica cicha (mimo trwającego jarmarku) i elegancka, w nowiutkim budynku z windą. Jest Żabka w parterze i miejsce w garażu, jeśli ktoś potrzebuje.
  Stylowe wykończenie, bardzo czysto, wysoki standard wyposażenia (klimatyzacja, wielki TV z serwisem streamingowym, zmywarka, mikrofala, ekspres do kawy, żelazko) – wszystko nowe i czyste.
  Super kontakt z właścicielem i słodki poczęstunek dla gości.
