Luxury Long Island Suite Overview
Luxury Long Island Suite sits right on 22 Bursztynowa, a cobbled street that’s a stone’s throw from the lively Old Town. I first walked in on a rainy Tuesday, and the first thing that caught my eye was the warm glow spilling from the lobby windows – a vibe that instantly said, “you’re home.” The check‑in was quick, no long lines, just a friendly staff member who handed me a key card with a wink. I mean, the whole process felt less like a transaction and more like a personal welcome. Parking is a bit of a hunt – the nearest spot is a narrow, two‑story garage a block away, but the staff will send a shuttle when you’re ready to go, which is handy if you’re lugging a couple of suitcases.
Walking out onto the balcony, the first scent that hits you is that of the Motława River mixed with the faint citrus of the nearby market stalls. The noise is a low hum – the distant chatter of tourists, the occasional clatter of a tram, and the subtle ripple of the river. It’s enough to keep you grounded in Gdańsk, but not enough to disturb your sleep. I stayed there during the summer rush, and honestly, the hotel was surprisingly quiet – the only thing that broke the calm were the occasional giggles from a family on the next floor. The rooms themselves – you know, they’re not just plush, they’re thoughtfully designed – with a minibar that actually has a decent selection of local craft beers and a pillow menu that makes your head feel like a cloud. The bed is a dream – the mattress is firm enough to support your back but soft enough to feel like a hug. The air-conditioning is a lifesaver when the city’s heat hits in July, but I’d recommend turning the fan on during the cooler evenings to keep the room breezy without the electric hum.
When it comes to dining, the on‑site restaurant has a small but impressive menu. I tried the pierogi with mushroom and potato – you know what, it was the best I’ve had outside of a Polish home. The waiter even recommended a local coffee blend that’s a bit stronger than your usual espresso, which I appreciated after a long day of sightseeing. If you’re looking to explore beyond the hotel, the street right next to us – Głogowska – is lined with tiny cafés and a couple of art galleries. I spent a morning strolling there, sipping a latte and watching the city’s pace. The hotel’s proximity to the seafront is a plus too; a short walk across a charming bridge brings you to the sandy shore, perfect for a sunset walk. For those who love a bit of history, the St. Mary’s Church is only a fifteen‑minute walk, and the old town’s cobblestones feel like a living postcard.
Overall, staying at Luxury Long Island Suite felt like a blend of comfort and local authenticity. The staff are genuinely friendly, the rooms are clean, the noise level is manageable, and the nearby spots give you a real feel for Gdańsk’s rhythm. I left with a sense of belonging and a few new favorite spots, and honestly, I’d recommend it for anyone who wants to experience the city without the usual hotel clichés. The price point is reasonable for a four‑star experience, especially when you consider the quality of service and the thoughtful touches that make the stay memorable. So, if you’re planning a trip to Gdańsk and want a place that feels like a home away from home, give Luxury Long Island Suite a shot. It’s not just a hotel; it’s a small, welcoming slice of the city’s heart.

Reviews of Luxury Long Island Suite
Jola from Poland – 18 February 2025 (9/10)
Wspaniala lokalizacja apartamentu bardzo ułatwiła penetrowanie okolicy…tramwajem na starówkę gdańską, spacerem do Sopotu autem do aquapark Reda. Wyposażenie zaspokokoilo nasze potrzeby a bliskość sklepów pozwalała na bieżące spełnianie potrzeb pięcioosobowej rodziny😊
What could be improved: WSzystko zgodnie z opisem na booking, osobiście zabrakło mi malego dywanika który w okresie zimowym ociepliłby salon, ale to tylko taki osobisty drobiazg😉Axel from Germany – 4 October 2024 (6/10)
Die Wohnung war soweit modern ausgestattet, jedoch anders als auf den Bildern ausgestattet. Die Lage der Wohnung war sehr gut.
What could be improved: Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung war nicht so gut. Cezary from Poland – 17 August 2024 (7/10)

Two toilets, nice garden.
What could be improved: It was dirty in every room. Few towels, no for the hands. The locker to one of the bathrooms didn’t work.Dorota from Poland – 6 June 2024 (9/10)
Wszystko było super
What could be improved: Jedyne co mnie zaskoczyło to brudny ręcznik. Ale jesteśmy tylko ludźmi i może Pani sprzątająca nie zwróciła uwagi.Izabela from Poland – 2 April 2024 (9/10)
Super apartament. Świetnie wyposażony, cisza, spokój, ładny ogród. Blisko do plaży. Polecam serdecznie.
