The only time it gets a bit too lively is during the Christmas market season, when the crowds are huge and the street vendors keep the energy high—though honestly, that just adds to the festive vibe.

Check‑in was pretty straightforward; the staff were friendly, and they gave you a quick tour of the apartment before you were ready to head out. The keycard system was easy to use, but you’ll need to be a bit patient with the Wi‑Fi router—sometimes it takes a minute to connect, but once it does, the speed is solid. I found that the apartment’s layout made it easy to keep the kitchen clean; the countertop is a handy height, and the appliances are all modern and easy to operate. The only minor critique? The bathroom’s shower head is a bit small, so if you’re used to a full‑size sprayer, you might need to adjust. But otherwise, everything feels homely and functional.   Lokalizacja – rewelacja. Obiekt na terenie stoczni, blisko do muzeum II Wojny Światowej, spacerek na Starówkę.
  Apartament – na najwyższym poziomie, w pełni wyposażone, dedykowane miejsce parkingowe na parkingu podziemnym. W pobliżu FOOD HAL ze śniadaniówką i ogromnym wyborem restauracji.

  What could be improved: С нас списали дополнительную сумму в размере 150 зл. за кастрюлю которая уже была не первой свежести до нашего заезда и осталась такой же. Новый набор из 3-х кастрюль стоит 49.99 зл, но они не предоставляют никаких фактур о закупке данной кастрюли где указана ее реальная сумма! При заезде будьте предельно внимательны и снимайте каждую деталь в данной квартире! Иначе с вами произойдет такая же неприятная история как вышла у нас… Общаясь с менеджером я не получила доказательств от них в каком состоянии данная кастрюля была до нашего заселения… и как хозяйка, тоже в квартире с индукционной плитой, я не могу понять за сколько лет ее так испортили, ну уж явно невозможно за 4 дня( т.к) не каждый день готовили в ней. Не рекомендую данного арендодателя! В квартире было недостаточно чисто до нашего заселения, и думаю в последующем будет тоже самое.

A new set of 3 saucepans costs 49.99 PLN, but they do not provide any invoices for the purchase of this saucepan, where its real cost is indicated! When moving in, be extremely careful and remove every detail in this apartment! Otherwise, the same unpleasant story will happen to you as happened to us… When communicating with the manager, I did not receive evidence from them about the condition of this saucepan before we moved in… and as the owner, also in an apartment with an induction stove, I cannot understand how many years it took to ruin it so much, well, it is clearly impossible in 4 days (since) we did not cook in it every day. I do not recommend this landlord! The apartment was not clean enough before we moved in, and I think the same will happen in the future.

  Het appartement was meer dan gemiddeld mooi en smaakvol ingericht.
  
  What could be improved: In de prijs inbegrepen zat een plek om te parkeren. Die heb ik niet kunnen gebruiken omdat vanaf het begin de afstandsbediening miste om in de parking te kunnen. Ik heb daar via de berichtenservice meteen melding van gemaakt, eerst kreeg ik een antwoord dat nergens op sloeg en daarna helemaal niet meer. Toen was er een nummer dat ik kon bellen, daarvan begon het menu eerst in het Engels, dieper in het menu in het Pools, dus heb ik niemand kunnen bereiken. Dit allemaal betekent dus dat ik teveel heb betaald omdat één belangrijke service niet goed geregeld was. Diefstal dus.
  Daar kwam bij dat ik wilde verlengen, dit heb ik via Booking.com aangevraagd, daarna geen enkele reactie. Dus ben ik vertrokken en heb een ander appartement geregeld.

  Lokal idealnie umiejscowiony. Blisko do starówki, 10 minut spacerkiem. Apartament zlokalizowany na nowym osiedlu, w którym codziennie tętni życie, przez ogromy food hall, w którym każdy może znaleźć coś dobrego dla siebie. Na osiedlu dostępny jest też sklep spożywczy. Do naszej dyspozycji było miejsce parkingowe w parkingu podziemnym, był to duży komfort, ponieważ miejsc do parkowania na osiedlu nie ma zbyt wiele. Sam apartament był czysty, wszystko zgodnie z opisem. Jesteśmy zadowoleni z pobytu. Możemy szczerze go polecić 🙂
  
  What could be improved: Brak kontaktu z firmą zajmującą się wynajmem… W apartamencie zastaliśmy wypadającą klamkę od drzwi łazienkowych oraz niedziałający czajnik bezprzewodowy. Mimo zapewnień, że są do naszej dyspozycji 24h na dobę, nikt mi nie odpisał na zgłoszone usterki do tej pory.

  Dźwiękoszczelne okna, spory balkon z meblami, super lokalizacja(w centrum, a jednak na uboczu), ogólny wystrój mieszkania bardzo ładny, spora łazienka.
  
  What could be improved: Być może to tylko jednorazowe niedopatrzenie personelu sprzątającego, ale podłoga w mieszkaniu była brudna, tak samo na balkonie (rozumiem, że balkon może nie jest rutynowo sprzątany, ale przy małym dziecku jednak zwraca się na to uwagę). Brakowało również worków na śmieci, co było zgłaszane, niestety mimo zapewnień, nikt ich nie dostarczył.
