  Все понравилось: расположение, пешком 20 минут до моря, рядом остановка трамвая можно доехать к центру, Близко магазины: бедронка, жабка, кофейни, закусочные. Большой плюс – наличие подземного паркинга. Апартамент на первом этаже, большой по метражу, удобная планировка, кухня отдельная, две отдельные комнаты, все продумано до мелочей (утюг, гладильная доска, сушилка, пылесос, письменные столы, посудомоечная машина, стиральная машина, электрический чайник, шампунь, гель для душа, бумажные салфетки), большое количество посуды на кухне, удобная кровать и диван, свежее постельное белье, наличие терассы с удобной мебелью. Есть спортзал.
  
  What could be improved: Нет микроволновки, не работала духовка (выдает ошибку), и вываливается розетка на кухне. Недочетов не так уж и много, и они перекрываются плюсами, но все же хозяевам стоит обратить внимание.

  Хорошо оборудованная просторная квартира со всем необходимым в новом жилом комплексе. Рядом трамвайная остановка, продуктовый магазин, несколько кафе. До центра города или пляжа можно быстро и удобно добраться на общественном транспорте, такси или авто. В комплексе имеется подземная парковка.

  Перед моим заездом уборка была произведена максимально некачественно, не был вынесен мусор. Возможно уборки не было вообще. При обращении менеджер урегулировал ситуацию и отправил уборщику. Но первое неприятное впечатление осталось.

  very clean place, the owner was very accommodating and helpful with the check-in process, although a bug in booking.com didn’t let her private message to get to us, after calling her we got immediate response and help. Also, while checking out we had a problem with the car rental company which delayed our check out and the owner was again very understanding and accommodating. Totally recommended.
