Hello Apartments RIO with private parking Overview
I first stumbled into Hello Apartments RIO with private parking on a rainy Tuesday, the kind of day that makes you think you’re missing out on everything but you’re actually just too early. The building sits tucked between Jana i Macieja Kilarskich and 12, right near the old stone walls of Oliwa’s historic center, so the aroma of freshly baked rye bread from the bakery on Pileńska Street hits you as soon as you step out of the elevator. The check‑in was smooth, a friendly lady with a bright smile who handed me a keycard that worked on both the apartment and the small private parking spot behind the building—no hassle with those city parking meters that can feel like a maze. She did mention the “quiet hours” from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m., which is actually a lifesaver if you’re not a night owl.
Inside, the apartment feels like a second home. The living area is spacious enough for a small sofa and a pair of armchairs, and the walls are painted in soft, muted tones that make the place feel cozy without being claustrophobic. The kitchen is fully equipped—there’s a real espresso machine, which is a blessing when you’re trying to start your day with a caffeine kick before heading to the beach. The bathroom has a walk‑in shower with a shower curtain that’s surprisingly thick, so you don’t get a splash of water on the floor. I found a little note on the fridge: “You can use the balcony for a quick coffee break if the weather’s nice.” It turns out the balcony has a tiny table and a pair of chairs, and the view of the nearby Oliwa Park is just enough to see the ducks waddling across the pond—no city skyline, just trees and leaves, which is a nice change of pace.
What I really liked was the sense of place that Hello Apartments RIO with private parking exudes. The building’s exterior is a tasteful blend of traditional Polish architecture and modern touches—a subtle nod to the city’s blend of old and new. I walked down to the street on a Sunday afternoon and found myself at the Oliwa Cathedral, with its golden dome and the sound of the carillon bell ringing in the distance. The cathedral’s gardens are a perfect spot to unwind, and I’d recommend taking a stroll to the park right across the street, where you can hear the crunch of leaves under your shoes and the occasional distant gull call. On the other end of the building, the streets narrow and the shops become more intimate—there’s a small café that serves the best pierogi I’ve ever had, and the owner knows your name by the time you’re halfway through your meal. Even the noise level inside the apartment is surprisingly low; the city’s bustle feels like a distant hum, unless you’re in the middle of a late‑night party in the neighboring building, which is rare.
The only real critique I have is the Wi‑Fi signal. It’s decent for casual browsing, but if you’re trying to stream a movie or do a video call, you might want to use the landline or bring your own hotspot. That said, the overall experience is a solid 4‑star feel that feels very personal. I can honestly say that staying at Hello Apartments RIO with private parking was the highlight of my trip to Gdańsk, and I’ll be telling friends about it until the next time I’m in Poland. The private parking alone is a huge plus—no more circling the block for a spot, and the apartment’s quiet charm makes it a great base for exploring both the historic Old Town and the nearby beaches. If you’re looking for a place that feels like home, without the corporate vibe, this is it.
Hotels near me in Gdansk offer convenient access to the old town, where guests can easily walk to Neptune’s Fountain, St. Mary’s Church, and the famous Long Market.

What could be improved: Sąsiad pod mieszkaniem ma psa, który szczeka o różnych nocnych i porannych godzinach. Anna from Poland – 10 August 2024 (10/10)
Lokalizacja i warunki były fantastyczne
What could be improved: Nic wszystko rewelacyjne – warte swojej cenyAneta from Ireland – 29 June 2024 (9/10)
Piękny, dobrze wyposażony apartament. Położony w sąsiedztwie Parku Oliwskiego. W pobliżu przystanek tramwajowy i autobusowy.

Serdecznie polecam.
Mariusz from Poland – 26 May 2024 (8/10)
