  What could be improved: Najwyższe piętro i ekspozycja południowo-wschodnia powodowała, że w słoneczne dni w mieszkaniu było strasznie gorąco. Dodatkowo fakt ten potęguje brak rolet w oknach.
  Przez brak rolet i sensownych zasłon poranne, czerwcowe słońce budziło nas o 5 rano.
  Na tym samym piętrze mieszka osoba z zaburzeniami psychicznymi, która codziennie robiła "raban" na klatce schodowej, także w godzinach wieczornych.

  Lokalizacja świetna. Przy bloku sklepy, bar, blisko komunikacja, biedronka, stacje dla rowerów miejskich, piekarnia. W bloku spokojnie, w okolicy również. Mieszkanie bardzo czyste i bardzo dobrze wyposażone. dużo przestrzeni. Przytulnie, nie było problemu z parkingiem. Polecam i pewnie jeszcze kiedyś skorzystam.

  Toller Preis für solche Wohnung, 3-fach niedriger als bei ähnlichen Angeboten. Es liegt ein großer Supermarkt und eine günstige Gaststätte nebenbei. Außerdem gibt es 2 Parks in der Nähe und man kann leicht zu Fuß zum Meer kommen. 2 schöne Kinderspielplätze am Haus. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind auch da, obwohl man die Parkplätze voll mit Autos sind. Es gab aber 1-2 Plätze immer frei am Haus. WiFi-Kode auf dem Blattpapier.
  
  What could be improved: Ein paar Schaben haben wir in der Küche gesehen. Der Eigentümer hatte aber vor unserer Ankunft Sanierung dagegen gemacht, was gut ist. Das Gebäude ist aber nicht besonders, aus sowjetischen Zeiten, war aber kein Problem für uns. Kein Magnetschlüssel für Entsperrung der Eingangstür am Eingang. War aber auch nicht ganz schlimm, weil wir eine Eingangskode immer beim Eingehen eingegeben haben.
  Ich konnte nicht mit der Dusche zurechtkommen, und zwar wie man kaltes Wasser in der Dusche.
  Zucker war nicht vorhanden.
