  Helppo sisään ja uloskirjautuminen. Puhelinpalvelu vastasi nopeasti jos oli kysyttävää. Majoitus lähellä juna-asemaa ja tarvittavat palvelut kävelymatkan päässä. Oma piha-alue oli mukava ja suojaisa. Asunnossa riittävästi tilaa 3 hengelle. Hintaansa nähden kokonaisuus hyvä. Pesukone oli tarpeellinen ja jätimme seuraaville majoittujille 2kpl pyykinpesutabletteja.

  What could be improved: Nie skorzystałem z pobytu w tym lokalu. Wewnątrz panował straszny smród papierosów więc wraz z rodziną natychmiast wyszliśmy z tego lokalu po czym skontaktowałem się z wynajmującym że składam reklamację. Cały popołudnie zmarnowane. Musiałem czekać do 20 godziny na przybycie kogoś. Panie które określone zostały przez wynajmującego jako koordynatorki pojawiły się na miejscu o 20. Jak można się spodziewać, stwierdziły że to "naturalny zapach mieszkania, książek i wikliny"! Uważam to za skandaliczne. Złożyłem oficjalną reklamację do Booking.com i czekam nadal na ich odpowiedź. Noclegi Renters nie uznali mojej reklamacji, uznając rację koordynatorów. Osobiście uważam to za skandaliczne podejście do Klienta.

  Apartament bardzo fajny, z minusów to fakt, że łóżko małżeńskie znajduje się w salonie i jest odgrodzone ażurową półką. Niestety salon graniczy ścianą z klatka wejściową do bloku, automat domykający drzwi jest nie wyregulowany i drzwi strasznie trzaskają, jest to uciążliwe szczególnie nad ranem. Poza tym wszystko było OK.

  What could be improved: Niestety zgubilismy kluczyk, zadzwoniłam na i infolinię o godzinie 18 koordynator odezwał się dopiero na następnego dnia rano a byliśmy z dwójką małych dzieci. Pobrano mi 550 z konta za zgubiony kluczyk ale rachunku nie mogę się doprosić. Były tylko dwa ręczniki na 5 osób. Myślę że wlasciciel nieruchomości dużo traci przez słabą obsługę wynajmu.
