  Very responsive host, we were worried that the central heating might be off, they reassured us that the heating is still working, and yes, it was nice and cozy.

  What could be improved: Not a big deal, but there is no key to the property, the door handle has the pad where you need to enter the 9digits to open the door. Ended up taking my phone out all the time to check what the code was – would be good to have a key inside the house, so once you enter, you can lock/unlock the doors with the key. Just my 2p, as said, not a big deal.
