  Дуже зручне і комфортне помешкання. Чисте, просторе, стильне і добре оснащене. Прекрасна кухня. Дуже зручні жорсткі ліжка. Гарна постіль.
  
  What could be improved: З адміністратоом (чи власником) зв'язатись дуже складно. Треба лише настійливо дзвонити, бо телефон іноді відключений. На текстові повідомлення можуть не відповідати дуже довго. Без знання польської або англійської отримати інструкції майже неможливо.
  
  Дуже складно отримати доступ до wi-fi, дані про це в помешканні відсутні.
  
  Якщо у вас машина з боксом на даху – не намагайтеся заїхати в підземний паркінг, зламаєте або бокс, або вентиляційну систему будинку.

  The apartment had a nice design and it was pretty spacious.
  
  What could be improved: On the day of our arrival, we found that there was no shower gel, soap, or even dishwasher detergent. The apartment wasn’t cleaned properly, one of the paintings had fallen off the wall, and the flat did not look like the one in the pictures. We were not given additional bedding for the second person, so one of us had to sleep on the sofa without bedding. The staff responded to us with significant delays. The apartment is located very far from the city center (40 minutes by bus and tram), and the nearest bus stop is a 15-minute walk away. There are no large shops nearby (only a few Zabka stores and small cafes), and the closest relatively big supermarkets, Livio and Biedronka, look like Soviet-era shops from the 90s. Additionally, the neighbors were quite loud, especially during the weekend, and the balcony is designed in such a way that if you’re lying on the sofa, people standing on the second-floor balcony can see you. Also the house is located close to the construction area.

  Clean modern appartment with all facilities.
  
  What could be improved: Elite appartment said two bed room but never said second bedroom with Safa bed. Location is worst in Gdansk. Difficult to get taxi, bus or train. Only have to walk. Customer service is worst. During our stay wifi at the appartment didn't work at all. Even after several requests they gave the same password which was not working. They didn't provide the basic toiletries at the bathroom. Had to go out and purchase.
