  Location was really good and the apartment is very cozy and comfortable
  
  What could be improved: There was no WiFi
  The ad said free WiFi, but when we arrived, there was not even a router. However, the hosts did not contact us beforehand to communicate it. In fact, when we asked about the Wifi, they just answered that there should be a router in the living room (but there was none). After a day, they said that this apartment has temporary issues with the wifi that they can not change. It was a bad communication. As we travelled for work, we needed an internet connection and would have chosen another apartment if we had known.
  
  Also, the light situation, especially in the bedroom is not nice. There is no light on the night stand and the switch for the big light is outside the room – would be good to have a small light close to the bed.

  What could be improved: Brak lampek nocnych, odczuwalny zwłaszcza w sypialni bez okien. Brak WI-FI, telewizja nie odbiera podstawowych programów tj. TVP1, TVP2, TVP Sport, POLSAT, TVN. Przydałby się też toster, więcej widelców (4 sztuki dla 6 osób to trochę słabo) oraz jedno prześcieradło więcej,

  La posizione è eccellente, e soprattutto la vista. Ottima la pulizia e gli spazi. Purtroppo manca il wifi ma comunque è un'ottima struttura che consiglio!

  The apartment was very clean, well located, and with a beautiful view of the city. It was well equiped with kitchen utensils, bed linen, towels,… although the check-in is fully remote, it was easy to find the keys and access the apartment.
  
  What could be improved: The shower consists of a bathtub with a hand shower. There was no curtain or glasses enclosing the bathtub, therefore it was easy to spill water on the bathroom. Also for tall people it was not so convenient taking a shower.
  
  There was no wifi. Although it is mentioned in the advertisement and we tried to contact the apartment‘s owner, there was no response.

  The apartment was fantastic. The facilities were great. We had plenty of room for everyone (4 adults, 1 teen). Located off the main square within walking distance of everything the old town had to offer. Excellent value for money. Very quiet place. Plenty of places to eat and drink within 5 mins walk.
  
  What could be improved: We arrived late (10pm) and struggled to find the apartment in the dark. It is located in an alley and the directions were confusing but we eventually found the place (thanks to a security guard spotting us looking lost). The apartment is on the top floor and has 86 steps to get there. It is worth the climb as the apartment is great and I would stay there again.

  What could be improved: Нет окна в спальне, точнее оно не доступно для проветривания. Не работает Wi-Fi. Тонкие одеяла, не очень новое постельное белье.

  Location is probably one of the best in town. Apartment was clean and easy to stay. Wiew to Dluga-street from livingroom windows. If you are going to stay longer period, there is plenty of room in cabinets and decent equipment in kitchen. You can find nearly everything you need within 100 meters from apartment but it is better to go little bit further also😁
  
  What could be improved: About 90 steps in stairs from street. With heavy luggage it can be quite a struggle. We could not find the wi-fi or router although it was mentioned in description of room, we asked few times and could not get answer. And it is probably not mandatory but it would be nice if these providers of accomodation would have some kind of fire extinguishing stuff or at least firealert in roof.
