  Clean and spacious fully furnished apartment in a very nice central location.
  All necessary things like tableware and cutlery are provided.
  Convenient for the ones who travel by car as parking place is included in the price.

  Location is really great as most have mentioned. We found the flat clean and tidy.
  
  What could be improved: The host is terrible. Ignoring all the messages and sending just auto-messages. I had to call several times which did cost money. Communication is very poor. They did charge double for city tax, so first of all it seemed as a huge scam and we were not sure if we will be able to get in. Instructions on how to get to the apartment was clear but as apartment comes with a parking space, there was no information how to get to the parking. Apartment had very intense perfume smell, too intense for us at least.

  Apartment was great!
  We had 2 bedroom apartment these are things we liked and appreciated the most:
  • everything was clean
  • location could ‘t be better – 10 minutes by foot to center
  • plenty of markets near by
  • free underground parking was amazing bonus
  • bedding, towels, plates and other things just enough for 6 people (we were 5)
  • instructions how to enter and get/leave key was very detailed and clear
  • apartment building is new and very quiet
  • there is breakfest available right next door of the building (additional pay)
  • apartement is bigger than seen in pictures
  • as the center is so close, a lot of dinner possibilities near by
  • kids had plenty of room to even run around the apartment
  
  What could be improved: Here are some things that would be good to add or just know what to bring:
  • sharp knife – there are cutting boards but only butter knives, they are not that expensive as we bought one for 5 EUR, but in any case it would be a good addition to a fully equipped kitchen
  • living room sofa is not the most comfortable to sleep on, but it was fine for the kids. It might be uncomfortable for adults, maybe a mattress topper would be a good addition.

  What could be improved: took ages to actually find out where it was amongst lots of apartment buildings, took another while to work out the key code but once in we were happy

  Very friendly staff, we had an issue with our car and therefore needed to stay longer in Gdansk with our dogs. Dom & House made it possible to switch quickly to their apartment so we did not have to stay on the street with our luggage and dogs. A big thank you for that

  Dom&House Apartments Nowa Motlawa were nice, easy apartments to stay at. Decor and style was clean modern. Nice layouts. We had 2 rooms. One had a private bedroom one had a loft with a ladder. Both rooms had couches that turned to comfortable beds. Both had private bathrooms with showers and washing machines. Easy to walk downtown to Gdansk and take the train to Sopot. Quiet area of town. Staff was very helpful and kind, able to speak English. Luggage storage at trip end was perfect so we could enjoy town before we flew out. We would stay there again.
  
  What could be improved: Ladder to loft was a little worrisome, could be a little bit of a stronger ladder. It held fine, we were just cautious.
