  Apartament w super lokalizacji z bardzo bardzo ładnym widokiem. Wygodne łóżku i duża wanna.

  La ubicación es excelente y las vistas desde el apartamento son preciosas. El apartamento está muy bien equipado y la decoración tiene mucho estilo, con una bañera chulísima.
  
  What could be improved: No me gustó que en el anuncio de Booking pone que el apartamento tiene Sauna y Piscina PRIVADA y esto no es así.
  Se puede utilizar la piscina y la sauna del hotel de al lado pero pagando, y a un precio bastante caro !! Además no sé que se entenderá por PRIVADO pero la piscina del hotel estaba llena de familias con ninos.
  Tampoco me pareció bien las direcciones para encontrar el apartamento, ya que el número 10 se refiere a toda una manzana y no a un edificio en concreto. No se puede dejar el equipaje antes/después de check in/check out porque, a pesar de haber una recepción en el edificio del apartamento parece que pertenece a otra empresa. Los jóvenes que trabajan en la recepción son bastante antipáticos y no dan ni los buenos días cuando entras. Por el precio del alojamiento esto me parece de un servicio de poca calidad y gusto. Tampoco me gustó que el Servicio de Atención al Cliente tardó 3 días en contestar un email antes de la estancia y no contestaban mi llamada de teléfono cuando no encontraba el apartamento a la hora permitida de check-in (15hrs). Espero que estos comentarios sirvan para mejorar el servicio de este precioso apartamento.

  – fournir un torchon pour le coin cuisine en plus des serviettes
  – il n’y a aucune tablette dans la salle de bain pour poser ses affaires. Les trousses de toilette par terre, ce n’est ni pratique ni hygiénique
  
  Mais surtout le service client est inexistant. On a eu un souci de clé et on a dû les contacter. Les numéros de téléphone ne répondent pas (répondeur) et pas de rappel. 24h de délai entre un envoi de message via booking et la réponse. Enfin il y avait d’autres numéros d’urgence indiqués dans la chambre qui eux répondaient bien mais nous disaient que cet appartement n’était pas géré par eux.

  Perfect location, great view, well decorated apartment. Well stocked kitchen.
  
  What could be improved: Arrived around 5pm and room wasn’t ready. It was disappointing but I been told it was system error (it’s happened sometimes but I’d expect compensation). lack of any hygiene products, no shampoo, soap. towels need replacing. for the price I paid it is rather unacceptable
