  – niestety nie ma możliwości uzyskania dodatkowego miejsca parkingowego pod kamienicą (byliśmy w 6 osób dwoma autami, jedno auto musiało stać poza parkingiem podziemnym)

  Bardzo przestronny apartament w super lokalizacji (Wyspa Spichrzów). Blisko do najważniejszych atrakcji w centrum miasta. Bardzo przyjemne patio wewnatrz budynku. Zupełnie nie słychać gwaru miasta w apartamencie. W wyposażeniu wszystko co niezbędne nawet na dłuższy pobyt. Wielki plus za podziemne miejsce parkingowe.
  Dotarcie do biura, miejsca parkingowego i apartamentu to w pierwszym momencie zabawa w stylu escape roomu ale to mało znacząca rzecz.

  What could be improved: Obsługa musi jeszcze mocno popracować nad komunikacją z klientem, Duży minus. Pracownicy twierdzili, że wszystkie dane konieczne do pobrania kluczy oraz kodów do wejścia do budynku i wjazdu na parking przesłali na email i sms. Sms przekazali tylko filmik jak dotrzeć do miejsca odbioru kluczy oraz zdjęcie bramy wjazdowej do parkingu bez podania jego adresu. Na sms z prośbą o hasło do wifi odpowiedzieli po 14-stu godzinach. Słabo.

  Great location, you just step out of the building and you're right in the center, however the apartment is really quiet. Getting to it the first time might be a bit of a challenge but the instructions we received were thorough and it was like a treasure hunt 🙂
  The apartment is huge, equipped with everything and well furnished. It has a private underground parking spot.
  
  What could be improved: We were left with only 2 garbage bags for a week.

  Location was perfect. Just a few minute walk to all the restaurants and attractions. Big apartment with plenty of space. Comfortable beds.
  
  What could be improved: Getting the keys was a bit of a hassle as we arrived after the office was closed. At first they told me I would need to pay extra to pick up the keys, but ended up being able to get them from a lockbox. The office was a few mins walk from the apartment which is annoying if you have a lot of luggage. The apartment had not been properly cleaned. The floors and carpets were pretty dusty. The bathroom, linens and towels were all clean though.

  Great location in the Old Town, spacey apartment, all kitchen facilities and high-speed internet. Cozy closed yard on the 2d floor. The key pickup office is close by, in 5 min walk. Adjustable heating in the apartment.
  
  What could be improved: No trash containers to take out, staff is not easy to reach, seldom return calls, or respond to messages.
