The building sits right in the heart of Gdańsk’s Old Town, and I mean literally — you’re surrounded by those gorgeous colorful merchant houses that make this city so photogenic. It’s one of those four-star properties that doesn’t try too hard to impress, but somehow everything just works perfectly.

The Perfect Location

Honestly, the location here is pretty much unbeatable. You’re on Długa Street, which is basically the main artery through the Old Town — Neptune’s Fountain is practically at your doorstep, and the famous Golden Gate is just a short stroll away. What I really appreciate is that while you’re in the thick of everything during the day, the street actually quiets down nicely in the evenings. The apartment setup means you get more space than a typical hotel room, which couples especially seem to love (and honestly, I can see why).

The Apartment Experience

The apartments themselves are thoughtfully designed — you get that perfect balance of modern comfort with touches that acknowledge you’re staying in a historic city. Each unit comes with a proper kitchen, which is actually really handy when you want to grab some local ingredients from the nearby markets and cook something simple. The spaces feel genuinely livable rather than just hotel-functional, if you know what I mean. There’s enough room to spread out, and the windows let in great natural light during the day.

Exploring the Neighborhood

What’s brilliant about staying here is how walkable everything becomes. The Main Town Hall is right there, St. Mary’s Church is a few minutes away, and when you want to head down to the Motława River waterfront, it’s an easy stroll. I’ve noticed that a lot of guests end up spending their mornings wandering the cobblestone streets with coffee in hand, then coming back to relax before heading out for dinner. The area has this nice rhythm to it — busy enough to feel vibrant, but not so chaotic that you can’t enjoy a peaceful moment.

The combination of space, location, and that homey apartment feel really sets this place apart from standard hotel stays. You’re not just visiting Gdańsk — you’re actually living in it for a few days. The fact that couples rate it so highly tells you something about the romantic potential of the location, but honestly, I think anyone who appreciates being right in the center of things while having their own comfortable space would be happy here. Plus, with parking available (which, trust me, is not a given in Old Town Gdańsk), it removes one of those travel headaches that can really dampen a trip.

Large living room on a very lively pedestrian street. The rooms face a private back street so they are very quiet. possibility of parking at the nearby theatre for a reasonable price.

  Fabulous location. Really convenient, and quiet for sleeping as the bedrooms are at the back of the property Gorgeous street views.

  What could be improved: No toileteries at all, only little bit of liquid soap left in bathroom, which wasn't enough to wash hands for 4 people during our stay, not even talking about taking shower.
  There was coffee machine, but no capsules for it.
