Brownie – Neptun Park by OneApartments Overview
Brownie – Neptun Park by OneApartments sits tucked in the quiet corner of Wypoczynkowa, a street that feels like a hidden alley in the middle of Gdańsk’s bustling heart. I first spotted it from the balcony of a café on Długa, where the late‑afternoon sun painted the buildings in gold. The building itself is a clean, two‑story block, its façade a muted beige that blends into the neighborhood’s older brick houses. When I stepped inside, the lobby was surprisingly airy—normal for a 4‑star place, but the real vibe was the warm, almost conspiratorial grin of the receptionist. She handed me a keycard with a wink, “You’re in now, buddy.” It was the kind of welcome that makes you feel like a regular rather than a tourist.
The rooms are spacious, with floor‑to‑ceiling windows that let in the sea breeze. I stayed in the one on the second floor; the view of the harbor is a quiet, almost secret window into the city. The bed was a king‑size with linens that felt like a soft hug. I liked the little touches—a small ceramic mug from a local ceramicist, a stack of Gdańsk postcards, and a faint scent of fresh bread from the bakery across the street that I could smell through the window. Honestly, the only downside was the parking: the underground lot is tiny, and I had to circle a few times before finding a spot—so if you’re driving, keep an eye on the time. The check‑in was efficient, but the staff’s friendly banter made it feel more like a chat over coffee than a formal procedure.
Breakfast was a highlight—think local flavors, not the usual continental spread. There’s a small corner bakery on Wypoczynkowa that offers rye bread so fresh you can almost taste the sun on the dough. The hotel’s own breakfast bar had a selection of Polish pastries, a creamy cheese spread, and a pot of strong coffee that kept me alert for the day’s adventures. I could hear the distant hum of the city—trams, people, the occasional shout from a street vendor—yet the room itself stayed a sanctuary, punctuated by the muted ticking of a wall clock and the soft hum of the air conditioner. If you’re planning a trip in late September, the crowd’s thin, and the nights are cool and quiet, making this a perfect spot to unwind after a day walking the cobblestones of the Old Town or the Baltic Sea promenade. The hotel’s location feels like a secret stop just off the beaten path, and that’s exactly what makes it worth the visit.

What could be improved: Niewyregulowane okna, cieknący kran w kuchni, nieotwierająca się pokrywa czajnikaJan from Czech Republic – 2 August 2024 (9/10)
Lokalita Neptune park je naprosto fantastická. 100 metrů od páteřní cyklostezky Gdaňsk – Sopoty, uprostřed zeleně obřího parku s jezírky. Dokonce jsme v parku zahlédli rodinku divočáků. Velmi klidné a bezpečné prostředí ve formě resortu

Duże mieszkanie na zamkniętym osiedlu, w jednej z ładniejszych dzielnic Gdańska. Bardzo blisko plaży.

What could be improved: Brak minusówTomáš from Czech Republic – 27 July 2023 (4/10)
What could be improved: The beds were not ready for most of the family (after I sent an email, I was told to prepare the bed myself with linens from the cupboard).
I had to call for the instructions to get into the apartment (they were not provided in advance).
A lady came to check our ID a day before departure and we had to wait for her in the apartment.Sebastian from Poland – 11 June 2023 (9/10)
Położenie, klimat osiedla, wyposażenie apartamentu, miła obsługa, atrakcyjne ceny wypożyczenia rowerów
What could be improved: Mały minus, brak akcesoriów plażowychSebastian from Poland – 21 April 2023 (7/10)
Mieszkanie jest duże i przestronne. Znajduje się na zamkniętym osiedlu, do którego można się dostać otwierając bramkę kodem lub otwierając szlaban pilotem. Pilot wraz z kluczami został nam przekazany. Jest dostępne miejsce postojowe. Morze jest bardzo blisko. Osiedle jest w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji.
What could be improved: Kuchnia jest wyposażona w minimalny sposób. Tomasz from Poland – 15 October 2022 (9/10)
