  Located next to the bridge of Old Town right on the river side. A very beautiful view from the window!
  A large comfortable studio with all what you need, including a washing machine and AC.
  A very elegant building that is secured, and is set on a quiet side of town.
  There is a bus and a tram station right in front of the building.
  The host is very responsive and helpful. He met me in person and handed me the keys.
  There is a parking garage under the building.
  Best of all is the value of this apartment. It is much cheaper than any other accommodations in town provided with all the pros listed above!
  Highly recommend!
  
  What could be improved: Here are few minor cons:
  To reach Old Town that is right across the street, you need to cross three traffic lights in different directions. Also, you may use the tunnel passage. This requires some amount of walking for about less than 10 minutes. It’s a very short walk, but it may be a little bothersome to some people.
  The apartment is located next to a main street. You will hear some noises from motorcycles or emergency vehicles occasionally. It’s not a very big deal really, and is just to note.
  The biggest disadvantage unfortunately is the curtains in the apartment. They don’t block sunlight. The apartment will have sunlight inside. I suggest changing the curtains to a blind, or finding a solution to block the sunlight!

  Light and airy. Good internet, aircon and shower. Well equipped. New build with good lift. Nice view. Great location. Good communication with host.
  
  What could be improved: Bed is a bit soft. Curtains don’t block out the early morning sun. Washer but no way to dry clothes.

  The location to the old town was great. Nice and clean.
  
  What could be improved: Had to pick the keys up from a separate location from the property, we got out the taxi and let it go, then had to take our bags acoss the bridge and to the place we were staying.
  Room is very light, 330am the sun came up and we needed eye shades. Needs darker curtains, this is just a personal thing, some people like to wake to the sun streaming in .
