  Very good apartment, in fantastic location. Very easy to find and clean so perfectly. Underground parking is available as well.
  
  What could be improved: 1. I don’t understand why they charge extra money for parking. Your parking place is ready anyway and remote control in the room box. If you don’t pay, you don’t use the parking and nobody use it. As for me it’s much better to include parking in the price.
  
  2. No room service at all. During 9 nights stay nobody clean apartment, nobody changed bed sheets and even towels and didn’t even offer it. There was not cleaning equipment at all in apartment (sponges, kitchen towels etc.). There is dishwashing machine available but not even one dishwashing tablet for that machine.

  – good interior design, very nice kitchen
  – you have everything you need in the kitchen with dishwasher and tablets and microwave
  – AC in the riverside apartment
  – location was nice with good pizza place close by and walking distance to everything
  – possible to park the car close to building for free (you need to be lucky to get spot)
  – gym in the building and nice terrace

  – on both sides of the building renovations are going on constantly, if you have AC you will survive but without it you will need to open windows and be woken up by noise

  Great little apartment – good location, just a few minutes' walk from the city centre. There were often many of the scooters that are available to hire via the Lime / Uber / Tier app dotted around near the property, so it was easy to hop onto one if you were feeling lazy. Really good shower. Dishwasher and washing machine worked great. The bed was super-comfortable. In fact, I'm planning on replacing my mattress at home because the mattress at Chlebova was so good, I don't want to be without it!
  
  What could be improved: Slight confusion around picking up the keys – right up to the day before check-in, the instructions were that I had to go to the office around the corner to pick them up. Then on the day before check-in, I got information saying that I just needed to enter a door code to get in. That made life a lot easier, but I had made plans for someone else to pick up the keys from the office that afternoon so they had to be cancelled. No big deal, but it might be better going forward if the company just said "You'll get the key codes the day before check-in".
  
  The other issue, and this is a pretty big one unfortunately, is that the apartment we stayed in overlooked a building site. And the building site operated from 6:30 a.m. (often before with deliveries of materials) and did not stop until 8:30 p.m. There was drilling, the noise of machinery and loud banging audible constantly from early morning till early evening. The double glazing in the property did go some way to reducing the noise, but it didn't remove it completely and, given the warm weather, we wanted the windows open.
  
  Speaking of windows, the curtains that cover the windows are not quite enough to block the light. The bedroom area curtain in particular barely covers the window, meaning light pours in first thing in a morning. And the curtains in the living room area leave quite a gap at either end for the light to appear around the edges, shining into the bedroom area. More curtains might be a better option. Just something to bear in mind if you're a light sleeper / easily affected by light.
