Here’s what I love about this place — it’s technically an apartment setup, which means you get way more space than your typical hotel room. The Blue Apartment Rajska gives you that “living like a local” vibe without sacrificing any comfort. Each unit comes with a proper kitchen, which honestly saved me a fortune during my stay. I mean, eating out in Gdańsk’s Old Town every meal can get pricey, and there’s a decent grocery store just around the corner on Długa street. The apartments are modern and clean, with thoughtful touches that show someone actually cares about the guest experience.

Location Magic

You know what’s brilliant about staying here? You can walk to pretty much everything worth seeing in Gdańsk without breaking a sweat. The famous Długi Targ (Long Market) is literally at your doorstep, and the Motława River waterfront is maybe a five-minute stroll. I spent my mornings wandering through the amber shops and my evenings watching the sunset over the medieval crane. Plus, if you’re planning day trips to Sopot or Malbork Castle, the main train station is easily walkable — though honestly, you might want to grab a tram for that one with luggage.

Practical Perks

Let’s talk about the stuff that actually matters when you’re traveling. The parking situation here is fantastic — they’ve got on-site spots available, which is basically gold in this part of the city. Trust me, trying to find street parking in Gdańsk’s Old Town is like hunting for unicorns. The Wi-Fi is solid (I worked from there a couple days), and the check-in process was refreshingly straightforward. The staff genuinely knows the area well — they pointed me toward this amazing little restaurant called Goldwasser that I never would’ve found otherwise.

Why Guests Love It

With a 9.4 rating, this place clearly hits the mark for most people, and after staying there, I totally get why. It’s that perfect sweet spot between independence and service — you get your own space to spread out, but there’s still someone to help when you need it. Couples especially seem to fall for this place (they rated the location 9.9, which is pretty much unheard of), and I can see why. There’s something romantic about having your own little apartment in one of Europe’s most beautiful medieval cities. You’re close enough to everything to explore on foot, but tucked away enough that you’re not dealing with tourist crowds right outside your window.

  The apartment was very pleasant, and we felt very comfortable during our stay. It is spacious, well-located, very close to the train station, and within walking distance of the city center. It is on the top floor with a very beautiful view. The equipment in the apartment was sufficient. The check-in process was smooth, and they even allowed us to check in early.   Great location near the station (and venue of event)
  Comfy chairs.
  Bed was comfy, if a little odd in that it filled the width of the room. 2 single duvets on a king size.

  Very comfortable accommodation, close to everything. The interior of the apartment is not glossy, but all is very functional and clean. The attitude of the owner is beyond praise, the reaction to our wishes is almost instantaneous and even almost at midnight. And, yes, Gdansk is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful Polish cities 🙂
