  Lokalizacja super. Blisko pętli tramwajowej. Blisko plaża. Żabka za rogiem. Cisza i spokój. Niedaleko bar Karmazyn, gdzie można zjeść super rybkę. Beach bar na plaży super, nawet kocyki mają na zimniejsze wieczory. Po drodze na plażę można potańczyć. Balkon od wschodniej strony więc po południu można posiedzieć przy kawie i "kawie". Łóżka wygodne, materace takie że chciałbym mieć taki w domu. Lodówka, mikrofala, czajnik, ekspres do kawy, miski, talerze, garnki, kieliszki…. Telewizor super, satelita podłączony. Parking podziemny przynależy do apartamentu (w cenie). Teren strzeżony i ogrodzony. Oby zawsze i wszędzie tak było. Obsługa super.

  Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, 6 minut spacerem do plaży,5 minut do żabki.Apartament jest na nowym, zamkniętym osiedlu z garażem podziemnym.Obiekt w pełni wyposażony – pralka, lodówka, mikrofalówka, suszarka do włosów, suszarka do prania, ekspres do kawy, telewizor. Jest nawet taras na którym mroźna sobie posiedzieć wieczorem 😊
