  Bardzo dobra lokalizacja pod kątem spacerów po plaży i deptaku oraz blisko Parku Brzeźnieńskiego, wysoki standard i nowoczesny budynek. Duży plus za możliwość pobytu psiaka. Okolica przyjemna i bezpieczna.

  What could be improved: Na pierwszy raz gdy dostaliśmy się pod budynek był problem z dostaniem się do budynku numer bloku opisany jednak że nie było wytłumaczone że wejście jest innymi drzwiami. Dodatkowo problem z wyznaczeniem miejsca gdzie są kosze na śmieci musieliśmy zostawić.
