  Bardzo dogodna lokalizacja: kilka minut pieszo do Starego Miasta, blisko sklepy spożywcze, dobry dojazd. Mieszkanie czyste i wyposażone, balkon z widokiem na zieleń i blisko rzeki. Świetna opcja z miejscem parkingowym w garażu podziemnym.
  
  What could be improved: Przydałby się koc i stołek dla dzieci, żeby dosięgnąć umywalki. Dojście do osiedla bez oświetlenia. Brak mikrofalówki (jest piekarnik). Dość głośna wentylacja w łazience i salonie.

  What could be improved: Autoparkla kasutamine oli keeruline- pult ei toiminud üldse hästi, aga muidu oli suur boonus, et oli parklakoht olemas. Köögis võiks olla nt. kapselkohvimasin.

  The apartment was in a quiet location, 15 minutes walk to the center. We had a balcony with a view of the river and the park and a place in the parking garage. Parking is free around the accommodation, it is not a problem. There is also a Lidl nearby, on the other side of the accommodation in Lakowa street cafes/bars. The location is really very strategic.
  Communication with the owner was smooth, we received information about the stay in time. Check-in/check-out by selfcheck-in.
  I can see the improvement in the kitchen equipment.

  Bardzo cicha okolica, a jednocześnie blisko centrum. Osiedle ogrodzone, zadbane.
  Apartament nowy, dobrze wyposarzony, Maly minusik za wilgotność w łazience, przydałby się wentylator i jakiś zapach. Poza tym super. Polecam

  Good location: close to the center and on the Motlawa River, and Lidl, nice facility and nicely decorated apartment.
  
  What could be improved: Please pay more attention to the details of cleanliness: the curtains were gray with dirt with an unpleasant smell, the carpet is suitable for throwing out, under the carpet was not vacuumed, in the bathroom the shower door opens hard, in the bathroom one lamp does not work. Unwashed mattress pad, some yellow stain on it.

  Apartament w spokojnym, zielonym miejscu. Bezkontaktowe, proste zameldowanie. Mimo, że apartament nie miał przydzielonego miejsca parkingowego – bez problemu i bezpłatnie można zaparkować obok apartamentów.
