  I chose this apartment because of the location and the information that the building was new. I wrongly assumed that the apartment I was renting would be clean and the owner would be incompetent and would not honor the contract.
  
  What could be improved: The apartment shown in the photos was not the actual apartment that I got, and it turned out that there were two separate apartments located in the same building. After the first few days of my stay, I was redirected to another apartment and this was the one advertised on Booking.com. The standards of both suits were completely different, and they did not meet the expected and advertised requirements, especially sanitary and hygiene. They were not clean in general, dust and some debris on the floors, dirty dishes and insufficient amounts of cleaning supplies. The towels supplied by the owner smelled musty after use. When asked the owner why my rental apartments were so messy (I have photos as documentation), they responded that couldn’t find someone to help maintain it clean. The washing machine that was included, it had the opening lid broken and it was unusable, and it got fixed just before the end of my stay. After my intervention (over the phone and text), the owner showed up in person several times and saying they would try to fix it, but the comment was: it looked like the washer has been broken for a long time already. The culmination of all this was that the entrance door to the suit had an electronic padlock mounted inside on the door, and it was broken as well, so it was impossible to lock the door from the inside. That day, I waited 4 hours for the owner of the apartment to come and fix it, and instead of spending time sightseeing in Gdansk, I was dealing with the owner of this apartment. At one point, their arrogance pitched so far that I proposed to record our conversations as the evidence of how they treat their customers that paid a lot of money for the stay. As expected, they did not agree to this. The conclusion: I would strongly NOT RECOMMEND this place, and advise everyone to look for a different rental place.

  I liked everything. The flat is new, beautiful and close to the center. The apartment is very warm, big and cosy! Our stay was perfect!
  
  What could be improved: We had to wait in front of the apartment for 15 minutes to receive the code to get the keys. It’s not so bad, still we had kids, and they wanted to use WC, so it’s better for host to send the code a little in advance.
