  Lokalizacja super. Wszędzie blisko. Plaża, przystanek na autobus, świetne restauracje..Apartament dobrze wyposażony. Ochrona bardzo pomocna. Personel telefonicznie nam bardzo pomógł za co bardzo dziękujemy.

  Bardzo komfortowe mieszkanie w sam raz dla większej rodzinki takiej jak nasza (2+3) parter z tarasem nawet zimą się przydał szczególnie że trafiliśmy na śniegowe ferie. Dużym plusem jest wanna.

  Bardzo komfortowy, apartament, ze wszystkimi udogodnieniami, z ładnym tarasem. W apartemencie było czysto, wszystko zgodne z opisem i zdjęciami. Blisko plaży, bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Godny polecenia:-)
  
  What could be improved: Zapłaciliśmy więcej o 200 zł niż mieliśmy w rezerwacji. Po wysłąnych zapytaniach, nikt na te wiadomości nie odpisywał.
  Pytania były wysłane przez aplikację jak rownież na nr telefonu podany do kontaktu w razie problemów.
  Nawet jeśli to jest jakiś błąd w komunikacji z Bookingiem, nie otrzymałam żadnych informacji w celu wyjaśnienia. 🙁

  Dobra lokalizacja do Areny 15 minut i do plaży. Duży plus wszystkie wejścia na kody. Obok Żabka. Apartament godny polecenia.
  
  What could be improved: Krótka doba, bo tylko do 10. Trochę zmyłka z adresem. Wszędzie wyświetlało mi się Jelitkowska 27/12 i tam szukaliśmy apartamentu, dopiero po głębszym wczytaniu się było napisane 77, ale nr mieszkania nie było, dopiero od pani z obsługi uzyskałam dokładną informację.

  What could be improved: When booking the flat we had appropriate expectations of proposal, well our expectations were not fully met. Because of given self-promotion and published reviews we had every reason to expect a satisfactory level of both accommodation and service. Unfortunately, the reality turned out to be the complete opposite of the amenities promised in advertising.
  First of all, the flats were not cleaned, there was not even basic soap and no cleaning products. The toilet was broken and basically non-functional. After the first visit by the employee it was possible to use it by inserting hand into the flushing mechanism itself, and on the second visit it was possible to use it partially. The TV did not work, the TV consoles did not work. The electric heater in the bathroom did not work and the laundry does not dry.
  We are grateful that personal responded to our complaints and tried to put things right. But all these repairs were unsuccessful and at the expense of our holiday, our comfort, our nerves and our time.
  We believe that the flats in this condition could not have been rented at all.
