  Zgadzam się z poprzednimi opiniami, wszystko mi się podobało. Apartament w nowym budynku, bardzo pomysłowo urządzony, każdy szczegół dokładnie przemyślany. Moje serce skradła sypialnia-oryginalna i wygodna. W okolicy sklepy, Galeria Przymorze, Żabka w tym samym budynku, do plaży 10 min spacerkiem przez park.
  Dużym atutem był również błyskawiczny kontakt z właścicielem, szczegółowe instrukcje dotyczące zameldowania i pobytu.

  W apartamencie jest absolutnie wszystko czego człowiek na wakacjach może potrzebować. Idealna lokalizacja – blisko morza ale jednak spokojna okolica bez głośnego nocnego życia. W pobliżu liczne sklepy. A sam apartament jest po prostu zjawiskowo piękny 🙂

  Wysoki standard apartamentu. Widok na morze, wewnątrz cicho. Świetny kontakt z prowadzącym, jasne instrukcje dotyczące użytkowania. Znakomita lokalizacja: blisko do plaży, w okolicy restauracje, bary mleczne, pierogarnia, sklepy spożywcze, galeria handlowa, targowisko miejskie. Pod budynkiem przystanek autobusowy, blisko tramwaje, którymi można wygodnie dostać się do centrum.

  Lokalizacja pod względem atrakcji dla dzieci (przeogromny plac zabaw 200m od obiektu) oraz komunikacji miejskiej jest genialna (przystanek pod blokiem), ale kilometr do morza z marudnym dwulatkiem to już wyczyn. Moim zdaniem, Apartament Julia jest zatem idealny dla par i solistów podróżujących bez dzieci. W apartamencie było nieskazitelnie czysto, zawierał niezbędne artykuły małego AGD, jak suszarka do włosów, czy żelazko. Lubimy gotować, dlatego aneks kuchenny to dla nas bezdyskusyjny must have. Widok z balkonu był bardzo ok i było przy tym cicho, co na Przymorzu wcale nie jest oczywiste. Ważne dla nas było także to, że człowiek wchodząc zarówno do budynku, jak i do mieszkania, nie boi się niczego dotknąć, ponieważ nie ma tam przepychu i glamour, co ogromnie sobie cenimy. Ludzie pracujący wokół także byli ogromnie sympatyczni. Świetna obsługa ze strony gospodarza.
  
  What could be improved: Dość niewygodne (jak na moje standardy niskiej osoby) stołki w kuchni, niefunkcjonalne (aczkolwiek bardzo ładne) krzesła i stolik na balkonie. Stolik kawowy mógłby mieć opcję podniesienia do wysokości umożliwiającej zjedzenie posiłku na kanapie. Brak drzwi w kabinie prysznicowej był troszkę stresujący.
